Felt good to be back in the gym today. Tried squatting today for the first time in 3 weeks. My hip flexor started playing up again but I managed to get through.

Calories are all over the place today. Way over maintenance as I'm having a bit of a carbup. Felt like I needed it as my weight has taken a dive of 4lb over the last 3-4 days.
 
Day 22 of pct

Worked night shift last night and the next two nights as well but I try and hot the gym before going to work. Hit shoulders today and it was by far the worst shoulder session I've had in a while.

Weight was down a bit on the DB presses as I had a sleeping pill hangover and was struggling to get into it. Actually the whole workout was a struggle. Didn't help that my back has the worst doms I can remember from deads yesterday.
Calories over maintenance with around 220g protein and 150g carbs the rest fats.

Was a pretty quick session but my arms were toast by the end. Focussed a lot on time under tension for a lot of the higher reps stuff. I'd never put that much on cgbp before so I'm glad I repped it out easy enough.

Day 24 of pct

Had a miserable sleep after night shift. Woke up exhausted and by the time I cleaned the work house and drove 2 hours to my other pad I was absolutely beat. Making today an off day. Will be destroying back tomorrow :)
Calories a bit low but I'll only be awake for 8 hours so that's ok lol.

Had to sit around and wait for the girl to finish up cardio so I jumped in the lat pull down machine and repped out a century set. Talk about the burn lol. Happy with the pr but i was wrecked after it.
Still not feeling any different so im guessing that im pretty much recovered. Not showing any signs of low test.
Calories were tight today. Had carbs around my workout and that's it. Lots of protein and fats.
 
Nice job so far man. How much longer do you have left? I felt worse after my pct than I did during honestly.

Thanks bro. Only a couple days left on Nolva but another week on DAA. I'm actually quite surprised at this pct as the only difference in how I feel to on cycle is a slight decrease in confidence.

Damn my calves are sore! Still hit some legs anyways but left out the calves that I normally do at the end.

Was feeling strong so I bumped up the weight a fair bit and nailed it!

Don't know why the stiff legged deads were so easy. Previous PR was 175 from memory so the 225 was surprising to say the least.
Calories on point. Maintenance with around 100g carbs.
My body has some severe doms. All over it's quite good/bad lol

Official last day of pct. going to run my DAA out then will look into starting my next stack.
Having an off day today. Won't be lifting until next Tuesday as I'm working long hours and te gyms closed by the time I get home. Then I'm off on holidays for a week!

The old dmaa version. We ordered a heap of stuff that we knew was illegal just to try our luck and it all got through. Even an ECA stack.... ;)

hey mang! hows the lifting life going? sorry i havent been online in a while, been busy with a girl i met on NYE, living in sydney was good. Winstrol and Primo central at Bondi! gotta get me some of those connections instead of being bent over by customs all the time :P

Hey bro! Yeah still lifting but the diets been far from decent these past few weeks! Back to the grind on Monday! Got a alpha t-2 erase and oep stack starting then. Staying off the hormonal stuff until my bulking cycle! Haha I've heard it's winny central down there! Good to hear man! gotta love the first few months with a new chick! :) How's your cut going???

sweet man! yeah same, living witha chinese chick you tend to eat ALOT of rice and egg noodles, so much carbs, strength is going up but the bodyfat doesnt seem to wanna budge, going hardcore back in brissy now for the past 2 days, gonna be looking shredded by march i hope! i flicked you an email too man, lemme know if youre still in brissy!

You gonna log that? I have been beating around the bush about that stack. I loved Alpha T2 when I was running OG Anabeta/Erase before but really am on the fence about OEP. I like Jack3d and the cns active of 1,3 but not sure. I would def like to see your feelings about how it compares to albuterol though!
