Yeah I'm hoping that I get a bit of strength from it aye! I want those 40kg dumbbell shoulder presses!! I'll probably stick to 40mg as I'm probably going to add in DMZ tomorrow at 32mg daily.
I'm over the shifts man that's for sure. Hopefully going to start that ohs course soon so I can get off these focked up shifts!!! How's the weightloss coming bro??
