MCT can bother some people, I personally like the mct powder, it seems to be much better on the stomach.

Killed my pull workout very impressive for being put two weeks , 6 plates close grip rows !!! Light work too . what do u guys think of that mct oil and protein shakes trend going on ? I've been doing it for a while but I have been using coconut oil because mct seems to mess my stomach up a lot of I don't have it with food.

I think good oils are a great way to increase cals. Keep in mind the caloric value of fats though. 1tbs is like 300+ cals.
It can also reeeeaalllyy loosen up the bowels lol.

i used mct oil years ago but it seems like everyone is mixing it with protein to slow digestion postworkout.

By the way I dosed fd2.0 with high volume today holy ish wow it's unreal I'm doing cardio right now to loosen my muscles so I can drive home my legs are so pumped right now wow you have to try it!

I have found 2 FD2, 14 grams of PES High Volume and 2-4 Hydro3 to be a great combo for a pump.

o ok, im waiting to hear if BLR is releasing a preworkout because stacking his products is like night and day with these other companies. I only really used BLR and PES that I purchase. I like to try to different things but I also go back to PES for protein and a few other things and then BLR and evomuse covers the rest of my needs.

well I finally got on the scale.....gained 11 lbs smh i really dont know how because i have been eating great this past month and i know its not all muscle.

well I finally got on the scale.....gained 11 lbs smh i really dont know how because i have been eating great this past month and i know its not all muscle.

Keep an eye on the scale because weight gain isnt always bad just like weight loss doesnt always = smaller.
Its all about the ratio of fat to muscle. So...maybe you put on some muscle and a tiny bit of fat. Net +

yea i actually look the same so i dont know where its coming from but i do have some fat gain there.

This has been affecting me latelty because i have been cutting for past 35 days now and week 1 was - 2.75lbs week 2 -1.25lbs week 3 -2.75lbs again and this week 4, i gained 1lb from last week, but am looking leaner and set calories to be 900-1000 below maintenance which should equate to 2lbs loss per week, then again i am running 4 fd2 2, am and 2 pwo, or 4 split on non training days, 1 viron am, 4 pumps of exotherm, 2 am 1pm and 1 pre bed, and 5 caps of OL Ignit3 and 21mgs of GW cardarine as of this week for past 4 it has been 14mg per day, also from this monday i have added in antaeus labs T2 at 4 caps per day or 400mcg per day, will update weekly weight loss on sunday.

You might be taking too any things at once, it's good for cutting when doing compound movements but like High frequency training you going to gain muscle because your body has a hard time breaking down it just rebuilds to fast on fd2.0 which is a good thing but if your trying to get really lean I think your diet has to be on point.

I'm going to post my workout tomorrow from today and I feel like I could workout again now it's just crazy on bottle number three.

Atlantis Low Rows
This plate loaded machine was similar to a Hammer Strength Low Row - FYI.
Set 1 x 20 reps with 1 plate/side
Set 2 x 15 reps with 1 plate + 25lbs/side
Set 3 x 12 reps with 2 plates/side
Set 4 x 10 reps with 2 plates + 25lbs/side
Set 5 x 8 reps with 3 plates/side
*I performed these one arm at a time. Drive your elbow back and contract hard before reversing the movement with a controlled eccentric.

Hammer Lat Pulldown
Set 1 x 15 reps with 1 plate/side
Set 2 x 12 reps with 2 plates/side
Set 3 x 12 reps with 2 plates/side
Set 4 x 12 reps with 2 plates/side
Set 5 x 12 reps with 2 plates/side
*The key here is to hold and flex your back as hard as possible in the contracted position for a split second on each rep. Once the hold becomes too difficult around reps 8-10, then pump out the remaining reps to get to 12.
Nautilus Pullovers
I normally perform dumbbell pullovers, but couldn’t pass up an opportunity to use a Nautilus machine!
Set 1 x 12 reps with 120lbs
Set 2 x 12 reps with 120lbs
Set 3 x 12 reps with 120lbs
Set 4 x 12 reps with 120lbs
*The key here is to get a good stretch, hold the contraction for a 1 second count in the flexed position and maintain tension in your lats while slowly controlling the eccentric.
Neutral Grip Chins
Set 1 x failure with 60lbs assistance
Set 2 x failure with 60lbs assistance
Set 3 x failure with 60lbs assistance
Set 4 x failure with 60lbs assistance
*I chose this exercise to finish off back because it also primes my biceps for what follows despite the fact I’m focusing on my back here. Go to failure and use assistance if needed to get 8-12 reps.
Seated Dumbbell Curls
Set 1 x 15 reps with 20lbs using a 4 second eccentric
Set 2 x 8 reps with 30lbs using a 2 second eccentric
Set 3 x 7 reps with 30lbs using a 2 second eccentric, then 1 rep alternating
Set 4 x 6 reps with 30lbs using a 2 second eccentric, then 2 reps alternating
Set 5 x 6 reps with 30lbs using a 2 second eccentric, then 2 reps alternating
*The goal with the first set was to get a pump in a hurry with higher reps and a very slow negative. Set 2-6 we are after 8 reps with a 2-second, slow and controlled eccentric curling both arms at the same time. If you fail to hit 8 reps, then switch to alternating curls until you get 8 reps on each arm. Keep your palms up the entire time on every set.
Machine Preacher Curls
I used a Nebula machine which had an amazing feel to it - FYI.
Set 1 x failure with 80lbs
Set 2 x failure with 80lbs
Set 3 x failure with 80lbs
*My biceps were trashed by this point, but I still took each set to failure. Really focus on form and control the eccentric (negative) portion of the movement. Aim for 6-8 reps.

I've gained considerable muscle this last bottle review coming next week. I thought it was fat but I put on about 7lbs in three months. Some people don't do that in a year!
 
Bottle 1:
Strength: Not too much increase in strength. Around the third week things started to pick up recovery wise.
Pump: all day I felt a pump when I took my first dose.
Endurance: week 2 I noticed that I could lift longer, run longer and just overall endurance definitely was in place.
Fullness: the first few weeks I didn’t notice much fullness but after my lifting sessions the fullness stayed the rest of the night.

Bottle 2:
Strength: week 5 major major strength increase. The majority of the weights went up 15-20lbs. my soreness went down so I was able to increase the weights each week. I could not shoulder press because of my shoulder surgery but most other body muscle groups so an increase in strength across the board.
Pump: some days I would dose 2 caps in the morning just to see if the pump would come, and it definitely did. I couldn’t believe that I was getting a pump and not even hit the gym in the morning. It felt like blood was just circulating whenever I took 2 caps.
Endurance: 10/10 I reffed basketball and played almost 3 days a week for 2 hours and would not get tired. I tried to do different kinds of cardio to get tired some days and it just didn’t happen. Week 6 was the game changer for me.
Fullness: 10/10 all day everyday from week 6 on.

Bottle 3: Overall bottle 3 was very impressive in all aspects that I have listed previously. A few people on the boards told me that bottle 3 was the game changer and it definitely +
was. If you have the money to get 3 bottles this is the way to go. I wasn’t eating healthy the first two bottles but the third bottle I was very conscious of what I was eating and I re-comped nicely. I gained about 8 solid pounds and I cant tell where it went. I will try and put up after pictures later tonight and you can see for yourself.

Pump: 10/10
Endurance: 10/10

Recomp: 8/10- it would have been better if I had been eating better. I think if I had started eating healthy the first two bottles I would have been even leaner and had more muscle mass. In the future when I run this again I will start out the gate eating healthy.

Great detailed review.

Thanks the product is seriously untouchable I haven't seen anything close to it in the last 8-10 years. I would recommend anyone to try it and they will see for themselves. The longer you use it the more intense everything is. The last bottle I was walking around daily looking and feeling like I just left the gym lol.
