MCT can bother some people, I personally like the mct powder, it seems to be much better on the stomach.
I have used the powder but prefer coconut oil, i find the powder to be very light and fluffy and be quite messy.

Killed my pull workout very impressive for being put two weeks , 6 plates close grip rows !!! Light work too . what do u guys think of that mct oil and protein shakes trend going on ? I've been doing it for a while but I have been using coconut oil because mct seems to mess my stomach up a lot of I don't have it with food.

I used Coconut Oil Every morning in my Oats, I like it!
I think good oils are a great way to increase cals. Keep in mind the caloric value of fats though. 1tbs is like 300+ cals.
It can also reeeeaalllyy loosen up the bowels lol.
how is it on the stomach ? I use the paste texture and just eat it like peanut butter

By the way I dosed fd2.0 with high volume today holy ish wow it's unreal I'm doing cardio right now to loosen my muscles so I can drive home my legs are so pumped right now wow you have to try it!

well I finally got on the scale.....gained 11 lbs smh i really dont know how because i have been eating great this past month and i know its not all muscle.
Keep an eye on the scale because weight gain isnt always bad just like weight loss doesnt always = smaller.

This has been affecting me latelty because i have been cutting for past 35 days now and week 1 was - 2.75lbs week 2 -1.25lbs week 3 -2.75lbs again and this week 4, i gained 1lb from last week, but am looking leaner and set calories to be 900-1000 below maintenance which should equate to 2lbs loss per week, then again i am running 4 fd2 2, am and 2 pwo, or 4 split on non training days, 1 viron am, 4 pumps of exotherm, 2 am 1pm and 1 pre bed, and 5 caps of OL Ignit3 and 21mgs of GW cardarine as of this week for past 4 it has been 14mg per day, also from this monday i have added in antaeus labs T2 at 4 caps per day or 400mcg per day, will update weekly weight loss on sunday.
i bet its the fd2.0 ive been eating great lately weighing everything and still gaining.
What are you thinking? Like its hindering fat loss/increasing fat gain?
You might be taking too any things at once, it's good for cutting when doing compound movements but like High frequency training you going to gain muscle because your body has a hard time breaking down it just rebuilds to fast on fd2.0 which is a good thing but if your trying to get really lean I think your diet has to be on point.
I'm going to post my workout tomorrow from today and I feel like I could workout again now it's just crazy on bottle number three.

Great detailed review.
Bottle 1:
Strength: Not too much increase in strength. Around the third week things started to pick up recovery wise.
Pump: all day I felt a pump when I took my first dose.
Endurance: week 2 I noticed that I could lift longer, run longer and just overall endurance definitely was in place.
Fullness: the first few weeks I didn’t notice much fullness but after my lifting sessions the fullness stayed the rest of the night.
Bottle 2:
Strength: week 5 major major strength increase. The majority of the weights went up 15-20lbs. my soreness went down so I was able to increase the weights each week. I could not shoulder press because of my shoulder surgery but most other body muscle groups so an increase in strength across the board.
Pump: some days I would dose 2 caps in the morning just to see if the pump would come, and it definitely did. I couldn’t believe that I was getting a pump and not even hit the gym in the morning. It felt like blood was just circulating whenever I took 2 caps.
Endurance: 10/10 I reffed basketball and played almost 3 days a week for 2 hours and would not get tired. I tried to do different kinds of cardio to get tired some days and it just didn’t happen. Week 6 was the game changer for me.
Fullness: 10/10 all day everyday from week 6 on.
Bottle 3: Overall bottle 3 was very impressive in all aspects that I have listed previously. A few people on the boards told me that bottle 3 was the game changer and it definitely +
was. If you have the money to get 3 bottles this is the way to go. I wasn’t eating healthy the first two bottles but the third bottle I was very conscious of what I was eating and I re-comped nicely. I gained about 8 solid pounds and I cant tell where it went. I will try and put up after pictures later tonight and you can see for yourself.
Strength: 10/10

Recomp: 8/10- it would have been better if I had been eating better. I think if I had started eating healthy the first two bottles I would have been even leaner and had more muscle mass. In the future when I run this again I will start out the gate eating healthy.
Overall: I want to thank BLR and Brundel for the opportunity and I will continue to be using this product on my next run. I love that you really don’t need to be using anything else with this product its so easy to use and the results come even if you are not eating very healthy.
