All of the loggers decided to cut. So tomorrow im going ro reopen the log op thread and look for someone to run s progressive bulk.
Fd2 really shines in muscle growth because its such a strong anabolic but also really keeps the fat gain low while bulking.
Its a monster for muscle so..were gonna get s bulking log or 2 up.

Keeping in mind the glucose is being shuttled into muscles this is going to give you super full muscles but also less fat.
Plus the other fat burning actions this stuff is a beast man.

I'm that guy. I absolutely love this product in terms of what it's doing for me in the mirror, almost 3 weeks in and look real tight.
My refeed this past Sunday went very well, I was able to almost triple the amount of carbs I usually take in without affecting my fasting blood glucose on Monday. ... Truly something awesome going on with this product.
I do however have Rosacea and the niacin makes it flare up pretty bad even with a topical so I have decided to stop using it..

Omg....this is terrible!
Im surprised the niacin is giving you issues though. Its not normal niacin by any stretch and shouldnt flush even at 3 to 500mg.
Its bonded to quercetin which slows the metabolism of the niacin down a ton. Normal niacin i flush at 50. This i can take 300 and nothing.
400 i get warm but no flush. Sorry to hear you decided to discontinue.

No worries Brundel, I'm probably an extreme representation of sensitivity. I have been dealing with this issue since I was 25 so there are many great supplements that work really good for people that cause me issues with my skin.

My wife will be taking the rest of my run, I can't wait to see the results on her.

I just started FD2 (on my 3rd day) and I am running it at slightly above maintenance increased calories 500-1,000). My goal is to add as much muscle as possible while holding the same BF % (10-11%). I won't be doing a log, but I will be sharing my experience with the AM community.

Lying leg curls 150x4x12
Calf raises 90x3x12

Kettle bell swings 40lbs 50 reps
Cardio 45 mins arc trainer - I was sweating up a storm on this. I need a good sweat today to take my mind off things.

Ok so I dont think its the NIACIN. Its the absorption package causing this. 100% certain.
So if it continues to bother people with GI issues, joint pain, skin irritation, Ill reduce or remove.
I think the Niacin/quercetin you should be able to use as the bonding almost completely removes the flushing.

We may need to test this.

Having a few days off from the 40 day workout may have messed me up a bit but my strength is way way up with those 4 days off. My hunger has been an issue lately it might be from stress of my grandmother passing. I have gained 3lbs so I'm back to square one again 236.7 but I look a lot leaner you would never be able to tell I weigh that much unless I told you.

IHOP steak and eggs today 10 egg whites hash browns and two buttermilk pancakes for breakfast this morning. 72 pro 76 carbs 18 fat , starting it off right today !
 
50 clip of push-ups went like nothing this morning, quick 300 then did another 100 with my resistance bands pulling my shoulders apart to help my rotator cuff muscles from therapy.
 
Day 15

It was a rough day for my family today at the funeral, I did manage to do 30 mins cardio early am fasted, and I blew right through it the endurance is fully kicked in. I literally slept 2 hours last night because my mind is just running.

Hitting stepmill at 6pm weight is up its terrible I know it's stress but damn I gotta drop some lbs biggest I'm in my life.

Do you think glyco depletion is ok to start with weight loss or just keep with my diet? Anytime I eat carbs I blow up now it's crazy in so sensitive with carbs right now.
 
Weight is creeping down , did 15k on my Fitbit but my sleep is awful woke up 19x in 5 hours ....finals this weekend I'm done Tuesday. I bought brain candy drink it helped a lot so far I've been knocking out work left and right.

In the gym my endurance is full force I will post up my leg routine tomorrow it was a good one I started doing front squats very light because of my shoulder I don't want to put a lot of weight near my front delt.

i have been having trouble sleeping lately but my workout yesterday was epic, the pump i had was unreal....i am down to 232 now thats 7lbs down ! do you think taking letrone before bed is a bad idea ? that seems to be the only thing differently i have been doing. I take it around 8-9pm most days.

When i ran letrone, i used 1 cap 1st thing in the AM and the 2nd cap pure workout.

I would try this format and see if it helps resolve your sleep issue. Estrogen levels
can be highest in the AM, so taking it 1st thing in the morning is a good idea.

I personally liked the 2nd dose PWO, because i felt like it gave me an extra edge
at the gym.

If you are only taking 1 cap a day, i would take is 1st thing in the morning.

I take (1) 4am Pre-Workout and (1) 11:30 before lunch at noon, no sleep problems,

Depends on the person, however i think 2 letrone split evenly and 2 pumps exotherm daily shouldn't be too much. I personally am using 2 caps letrone ED with sustain alpha and 100mg DHAA no problems.

yea three pumps exotherm wouldnt be bad, but with letrone that might be overkill for sure.

6 days in on FD2 and loving the endurance and the fullness,eating in a surplus but losing fat it's great. Only thing is I notice is that due to the fat burning properties I mildly perspire throughout the day in work and I can notice my body odour is bad,no major armpit sweating but just an odour,no one commenting on it at home or work but I'm so aware of it
 
Probably has something to do with the fat loss.
Eating a surplus and losing fat is not something a person normally experiences unless they are on heavy steroids so.....I think its worth it ;)
