Alright guys. Jamaica bound Friday morning. The next time I will report here I will be an inject into my cycle. These may serve as my before pics. This last week has been incredibly beneficial and I'll be at a great size to throw on some good clean mass!

Pre-cycle weight 162

Today 3 months after cycle 176.5 at about the same body fat.

Jamaica is fockin' beautiful, bro! Just be careful of the locals cuz they can't drive worth shyte! What part are you visiting, btw? If you hit up Rick's Cafe check out the cliff diving and imagine a 10yo jumping off that mofo...that was me! Lol! Have fun my man but hurry back...we'll bet missing ya. ;-)

Yeah, it's a little more touristy on that side of the island which is pretty good if you don't know any locals. I had family that lived in Negril and it was definitely an experience lol.

Yep we leave at 2 AM. Just picked out my outfit. I'm very lucky that I'm marrying the lady I am. Picked out a complete Caribbean beach outfit and get to be pretty casual. However my fiancé kept saying you look too big and tan! Haha love it.
 
I should tell her just wait 3 weeks when the test p and npp hit... :D
