I can clearly see the mass you have put on and you still have maintained amazing shape as definition. This cycle is one of true success!

Back/legs/light cardio. In and out in just over an hour but felt rough leaving. Wrecked my legs and back. Had a solid pump and good energy from alphamine and agmatine.

Day 95

Weight 185.6

Shoulders/light cardio. Felt absolutely incredible again today. This is the first few days where I haven't woke up just feeling sick in over a month. I can say that I was excited to start pct but now I'm regretting that. Everything is coming together this week. Had so many compliments at the gym today. Abs are looking better each day and the leaning has me shredded. Starting 1 cap erase and alphamine has really been beneficial this week. The irritated nipple feeling that I suffered almost all cycle with is completely gone finally. Strength was killer today and alpha feeling through the roof.

Biceps/light cardio/abs. Killed it. Arms are feeling crazy pumped. Haven't gone hard on a bicep only workout in a while so I decided to throw a crazy bicep day in at the end of this cycle. Arms look bigger and hurt more then any other arm day ever! 4 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of cheese and 2 pieces of whole wheat bread washed down with 8 oz o skim milk 1 scoop whey and 1 1/2 tbsp of natty pb. Nice little post workout! :) weight is up a few lbs from 2 days ago as well.

Back/light cardio. This is the strongest my back has ever been. I think the wide pulldown tied a previous PR but with much better form. All around felt incredible and my back was feeling shredded.
