Weight 189.2 (+27)

Shoulders/cardio/abs. Very surprised with the weigh in today. I started 1 cap erase a few days ago to fight off a pretty strong gyno spike where my nips got pretty sensitive and sore. It fixed the issue completely but I figured it would have cost me some weight. Not the case at all but by the end of the session the joints were feeling rough. Strength felt good today, nothing over the top but the overall workout was fun and effective.

PR on hammer chest press 3 plates and a nickle per side, even with being down 4 lbs from 3 days ago. Alphaholic LTL is back!

Chest/light cardio/abs. Alphamine showed up and had me zoomin in the gym. Didn't realize til I got there that they close earlier on friday night so I had to cut the substance down again today. Planned on doing a full chest/tri split. I did get a PR and felt incredible overall. Dropping in weight but looking much cleaner so I'm not worried about it.
