1. Set up, get legs underneath you enough with heals on ground
2. Bring your shoulder blades to your butt... Get that arch. It's gonna feel rough like a cramp.
3. Flex the lats and keep your elbows in tight the whole motion
4. Big air in, down and exhale when pushing (keep elbows IN)
5. When bringin down keep body tight and like your bending the bar.
5. When pushing, drive with your legs and keep back hard into bench.

Use this and you got more than 275 EASILY

Shoulders/back/abs. Straight killed it today. Looked extremely lean but strength was incredible. Been eating like crazy but dropped a pound. I did do some drinking last night so I imagine it dried me out. King feeling continues and I was unstoppable today!

If your aiming for size you might want to incorporate some higher rep ranges. Failure in the 8-12 rep range is usually ideal for hypertrophy. Failure in this range stimulates all different types of muscle fibers. Type I type II A and B. If your constantly hitting the lower reps your mainly hitting the type of muscle fibers responsible for strength. Just food for thought :)

I'm finding better size with shocking my muscles at 1-3-5 range

That's how it should be... For me... Heavy heavy for squats, deads, bench.... All accesories 8-12... Guess it depends in the week haha
 
Excellent Brother! Very nice making my natty numbers feel weak. Trying to stay ahead idmf you at 295*6... may not be able to hold you off while you are in. But in your down time... I will spread the gaps some more. ;)

Sweet. I always have done it that way mainly. Get strength from that 4-6 rep for your compound and then size from those secondary's at slightly higher rep. But staying 8-10 still keeps strength increasing.

Thanks Kleen! It felt so beast knocking those out. They were good clean reps too, I was shocked at how strong I felt. I got a while before I catch you my dude, but I have set a new goal and that is to hit 300 for 5 by the end of the cycle! With the way it's going now I can't see why I wouldn't get it! :-) yea buddy!

I looked into that and I'm too impatient for that I think. I would end up steering away from the structure.
