Mine goes down to my calves... I kid I kid! About half way down my inner thigh...For sure. I'm hoping the bald patches expand farther down though. Id like a lot more girth on my quads.

Oh yeah, at my biggest my jeans would rub together and get so hot it got uncomfortable. Sometimes I had to sit and let them cool down a bit. That was close to 2 inches bigger around though.
I'm going to have to decline.

I rock compression shorts when i lift now because I used to chafe at the gym so bad.
I have to do the same thing but use boxer briefs. I have to wear them just playing basketball now otherwise my thighs get rubbed raw.

Energy is much better today and mood is a lot better too. I'm thinking yesterday's lack of energy was solely due to getting back in the swing of third shift and coming back to work. Hitting back today after work and I'm already looking forward to it. Where yesterday I couldn't even really get motivated to go to the gym at all which is so unlike me. Diet has been tightened pretty drastically and it's definitely making my muscles feel tighter and I just feel better overall from it. I will pin after work, not sure if I'll do it before or after the gym though today. I usually do it after in fear that the PIP will be miserable but I haven't had it too bad lately so I guess I'll just do it whenever I find the time.

Wow what an incredible feeling! Strength felt incredible but the key today was the unbelievable pump and vascularity. Had a huge boost by a guy at my gym today. Came up to me as I finished a set of rows and said bro you are putting serious muscle on and quick...I replied thanks I'm bulking, just came off a pretty strenuous cut. He went on and on and asked for advice. Great feeling.

that is super boost to confidence! i had a guy at the gym (anytime fitness) trying to get out of the door after his "what he called" a workout. he asked if he had to use his keyfob to get out too. i had to tell him to use the other door. then he said, "well i know it's anytime fitness but i call it sometimes fitness." bet you guys can't guess what he looked like, LoL
