Legs/tris. Strength was up and I broke a long standing PR on squats and I topped my dip PR by 10 lbs. Now what was missing was the pump. Yes I had a pump but I would have expected more. That is the one thing that has been a bit of a let down this run is major pumps. It seems so hit or miss so far. With how my body reacts to anabolics I would have expected incredible pumps that blew me away on dbol. Not so much the case though. Oh well think I'm probably just being a bit greedy.
Diet was on point today and it's time I concentrated on getting my clean protein sources in more. Being on a bulk I've allowed quite a bit of slips to make macros but it drove my fat way up and I think I've slacked a bit too much for me. Time to dial it in and hit the same protein or more but with less junk. It's about to get real in this bîtch!
