I lived out on lake conroe with my dad before moving to the tomball area. Also lived in coldspring, spring, Willis, and cut n shoot for a little while.

Decided to go with the nolva at a low dose. I dropped aromasin to 12.5 yesterday and took 20mg nolva before I went to sleep. Just took another 20 right now and with take 20 for one more day and drop to 10 a day. Didn't wan't to but the sensation was not minimizing much and the joint pain was incredible at the higher dose of aromasin.

just out of curiosity would a topical like formeron or formastanzolol work in this instance? like maintaining the asin dose but add in the topical or do you def need to add the serm here? I was just thinking you could apply the topical right to the chest.....

Honestly it's no different then taking exemestane orally. While effecting aromatase right at the nipple is nice and all, it's circulating, existing estrogen that is currently the issue. Also the continued aromatising compounds can convert ANYWHERE in the body and then the estrogen travel to the chest... the AI being locally spurred can do nothing to stop this.

Selective inhibition of estrogen interacting with the ER in the chest through using a SERM can take care of this.

He's def taking the best course of action, stopping the current course of action of estrogen with nolva and preventing future creation of more estrogen with low dosed systematic AI's.

Never seen those before but now I'm intrigued. I've had real tuna steaks from while on the islands and they were amazing. If this is even half as good, it'll be worth the money.

I wouldn't say its nearly as good as a fresh grilled steak. But if your used to eating tuna in a can or chunked in a pouch this is a nice change. I like adding them with a chicken caesar salad. They also have salmon the same way.

Yeah, not even close to as good as a fresh, grilled tuna steak, but definitely WAY better than any other packaged tuna product. The only way I eat salmon is fresh cooked. I have salmon every friday for dinner with the wife.

Legs/tris. Strength was up and I broke a long standing PR on squats and I topped my dip PR by 10 lbs. Now what was missing was the pump. Yes I had a pump but I would have expected more. That is the one thing that has been a bit of a let down this run is major pumps. It seems so hit or miss so far. With how my body reacts to anabolics I would have expected incredible pumps that blew me away on dbol. Not so much the case though. Oh well think I'm probably just being a bit greedy.
Diet was on point today and it's time I concentrated on getting my clean protein sources in more. Being on a bulk I've allowed quite a bit of slips to make macros but it drove my fat way up and I think I've slacked a bit too much for me. Time to dial it in and hit the same protein or more but with less junk. It's about to get real in this bîtch!

Stellar workout LTL...legs are coming up! Redic on the Dips too I might add. When ever my cals increase it is always done with protein. Carbs always stay same and clean.

Beastly broski! Have you got your Super Cissus? It's killer shît bro. Reduced my pain and inflammation quite a bit. Took a few weeks to kick in, but makes a difference now!

I haven't found biofreeze. But a535 deep cold, pre wo really helps my joints out as well.
