I asked Matt about using multiple caps for meals of 150g+ and this was his reply

Yup, including me. My back is completely flat in the bench. I'm going to work on better technique and see how it goes. It's tough to train an old dog new tricks, but its possible.

This exactly lol I did the flat back thing as well with wide elbows but form is changing gradually

Dosed 12.5 aromasin

Off day for gym. Worked and decided to go up to the casino to play some blackjack. Played for about an hour and came out down just a bit. Needed a break from everything so it was nice to get out. Started using slintensity today and tried out glycomyx. Not really sure if it had any effect because of how much things are changing day by day but I was looking extra pumped and vascular all day. :-) A guy I work with that I haven't seen in a while said "You been hitting the iron man? Looking jacked! I need to get back in the gym I guess." was both cool and odd at same time because he said it in front of a lot of my coworkers and all I had to reply was "AB season is over man time to bulk been eating like crazy". Another guy that i saw that knows I cycle and also cycles said "looking yolked bro". Or however you say it haha! Which is the truth though I hit over 4k cals again today. Things are really coming together strong right now and it's really getting hard to keep the gains looking natural. Should I cut back??? Fûck no keep bulkin baby!!! :-D

Btw. RVC is pretty damn good! Great advice from the AM community on using it.

Its awesome getting comments like that! I'm going to have to pick up some of this rvc protean. I bet it would kick ass in my every Saturday protein cheesecake!

Luckily blood pressure really hasn't been an issue for me on cycle. A few minor headaches here and there. My stims have been nearly dropped and 1 scoop of alphamine pre doesn't even touch the pressure for me. I was dosing 2 1/2 before I got on cycle. It's been hard to get rid of it entirely and that's why I picked up hemavol to try and fill the void if I drop the alpha entirely. I actually talked to the PES guys and a few of the ingredients in alphamine actually lower
BP. We shall see how that goes.
 
Would Condense, with the nitrates in it, be a good pre since they lower BP?

16 oz fat free cream cheese
2x5.3oz oikos fat free plain yogurt
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk
2 scoops casein protein
3/4+ cup splenda

Whip up the cream cheese with an electric mixer first. Then add yogurt one container at a time while mixing at high speed. Then add egg and milk. Then add dry ingredients and mix well at high speed.

Line a 9" glass pie dish with parchment paper and pour mixture in.

You can do a graham cracker crust if u prefer.

Bake at 325 for 30 mins then reduce temp to 200 and bake for 40 minutes. Then cover it and chill for at least 4-5 hours.

And done! This takes me less than 10 minutes to prep and it really tastes good!

Its like 940 cals 2g fat, ~60 Carb, ~160 protein in the whole cake

I bet that rvc would be awesome in this!!

I make LN cheesecake as well and it is fairly low carb. Our AM forefather Rickrock suggested it and I've been hooked ever since!
 
Alright guys, need a bcaa and joint support. I've tried super cissus but willing to try something new. Anyone have other suggestions?

Those are the two that I usually go with as well. I have SAN's new I-BCAA Max, that I'll crack open in the next couple days. I think Cool Melon is the only flavor currently.

Glad you're liking SlinTensity man. I'm gonna take a break from it this month (for USP log), but I'll be right back to it. I liked the flavor of the Fierce Domination samples I tried and I'm hoping I-BCAA Max will at least match it. I just checked and its available for $20 through tomorrow.

I'm in the hunt for good joint support too. I'm not getting any younger and I've had artheritis for about 10 years now. Oddly enough I've found that heavy squats have actually improved my knee pain considerably and has lessened my hip stiffness quite a bit too.
 
Hitting gym shortly either back or an unplanned arm day. Almost need to get that prime cycle arm pump! Will be my first hemavol work out too... Get it!
