Lovin all the feedback in here!!! Going to hit shoulders... A lil rehab. Just had a succesful left glute pin... Kinda hurt on this one... Switched needles then dipped back into the vial cuz I wanted more test ;-)

This is a no-no from anything I have read. Guess it dulls the needle and can complicate the injection. Needles are too cheap to not just change it out. Not worth the risk.

I don't think he meant he double dipped,if that's what you were thinking.If I'm wrong my bad.He did change it though.

Man I didn't note on it but my pin wasn't very good today at all. Tried to hit right glute at first but it was sore as hell so backed out and hit quad which was much smoother and painless. Yes I changed needles, went through 3 total today. I'm going to need to convince the ole lady to give me a hand on the glutes.... right... That or start pinning in places like my calfs and forearms and shizz.. LMAO

Ahhhhhh **** update comin soon in my thread! 315 on military press. Shoulder rehab has been working awesome! No pain at all..

Bro let me tell you, I don't want to jump the gun but my body comp for 174 is incredible. Usually at this weight I spill over. Not even close. Abs are looking bigger and way more defined. Great start so far and I know for a fact it's only going to get better.

Traps always show real quick with me as well. My mom can always tell when something is up when I see her because of my trap size. J what happened to your neck is all I hear! :-D

Dbol kicked in quick and I'm taking in 1200-1800 more calories daily bro. I expected the quick gains with how depleted I was. Soon enough bro...

Naw I need to start gettin vids... I haven't even had time to take down record progress I have to remember and post it here right after gym. Wish I could use my jefit. Hawaiianhulk did like 450+ that's nuts.

Dude so was mine! I started doing close grip pull ups and the hammer close grip pull downs and really focused on my lats, that really help even them out.

Same issue with my lats. I'm right handed so I seem to have a better mind/muscle connect with that side. You just have to focus on the squeeze more with that side. I know you have to move huge weights and this isn't an easy thing to do when doing that. Try throwing in some high rep stuff with these movements to really focus on the muscle. One that I love is the seated single handle cable row. I go fairly light and in the 20 rep range with a slight supination of the hand and pull as far back as possible and squeeze the hell out of the lat. It has helped with the muscle connection a lot.

That's great man. I do that regularly and it helps keep a balance with growth. I am VERY 1 side dominant so it helps

Dude my left bicep is ignorant weak compare to my right. I'm actually trying this exact thing right now. I think I'm goin to throw in an extra set or two as well to help even it up. Not sure. I pretty my do everything one handed too to try and help. Lol.

Good advice, my left side is lagging behind too. Never noticed how much till i started leaning out a bit though. It is from when I dislocated my L shoulder in '07.
