Lower back pain???

For like the past few weeks i have been having lower back pains like crazy...even when i'm sitting down on a perfectly comfortable sofa...I cant even do barbell curls with a 20 pounds it starts to hurt...
So i heard from people in my gym if ur dosing with a lot of fish oil it hurts as i recently started taking 3 grams a day of fish oil but i didn't find it very convincing as 3 grams is not a lot...
Any reason why and wat cud i do??
My stats 85 kg 16%Bf
On a cycle of test e 500mg/week
 
Never heard that fishoil myth, don't believe it. I take anywhere between 6-10 g of fishoil. I know on designer steroids u can get lower back pumps but never heard it with injectables, anyway try adding bout 3-5g of taurine throughout the day ane b4 workout, mayb add some bananas to ur diet, and drink lots of water

Yaa i'm pretty sure the fish oil is a myth...Thnx i shall consider adding taurine...And I already consume about 3 large bananas everyday and for water i'm not sure how much I drink but i'm pretty sure I drink a lot as i'm on a cycle to reduce the bloat too i drink a lot of water...

Right on, I know im drinking enough water when im getting up every 20-30 min to pee, and its clear piss
 
Could be sore or could of messed something up if you lifted wrong or too much... Probably best to see a doc and make sure you didn't tear yourself up. If you're cleared from that i would just add Potassium/Taurine and plenty of water and lower your weights on your lower back movements until the pain subsides.
 
Are you doing Good Mornings or SLDL? I did SLDL the other day, and my back was KILLING me. Not sure if my form was bad or not, but it didn't feel too good later in the day...
 
YES I have been doing a lot of deads latetly...and yup heavy for me...Could this be the cause???Does this mean I have to stop deads for a while???
like Jay said, go to the doc just to be safe, make sure. i know when i started going to heavy weight on deads my lower back hurt for about 2 weeks, not bad but really sore and stuff. turns out i had bad form. i asked a guy to just take a look at my form the next time i did them, and he corrected me. basiclly what was happeneing is my shoulders were riseing before my hips, it should be all at the same time, hips and shoulders together, like one unit or piece of a body part

going heavy on SLDL has the potiental to do much of the same if you don't go slow and controlled
