I am looking for must have supplements that is hard to get by nutrition. For example, good antioxidant supplement, Vitamin D, fish and flax oil?Can i do both? What i am looking at right now. Obviously protein is in there? PLease let me know if anything else is needed. Maybe something for joints b/c i workout alot? But i know there is so much out there that is not needed but there are somethings that i believe will help in overall health as far as skin, hair, etc...heart, brain, etc..

so take more fish oil or add another fish oil to it? I was thinking about taking 4 caps and taking some more flax seed oil. Or possibly getting Ocean 3 more omega?

For me, the staples are:

Multivitamin.
B complex.
Fish oil.
Vitamin D.

Creatine and bcaas certainly help but those along with any other addition to the above are icing on the cake.

And of course protein powder but I'd consider that food.

if your looking for fish oil , vitamin d , and antioxidant I would look at MST's products, Mycogreen and MVP are both good and ive used those two, the vitamin d and efa product i have not. Controlled labs has their new greens/fish oil combo that looks pretty sweet if you like spearmint flavored things

You are on the right track. I use Vitacost a lot. My wife uses the double strength Fish Oil because her goal and mine is to take in a minimum of 2 gms ED of Omega 3s. I don't mind taking pills so I use NPs 1000 bottle of Fish Oil which is the normal 300 mg strength for the Omega 3s. Both my wife and now my best bud have rid themselves of congestive heart failure ie Atrial Fibrulation after 6 months of such heavy dosages. On the D3 I use 10,000 IUs ED because of my size, my age (68) and my belief in it. I swear by D3 as the single most important vitamin I can take. My wife, who takes 20,000 IUs ED, swears for 9 months now it has helped her avoid any further metastasese of her brain cancer tumors. Below is a cut and paste from a recent list of my daily favorites I posted in the Over 35 forum.
"Dutch's "Dirty Dozen" of healthy Vitamin priorities

8. Acetyl l-Carnitine
9. Astazanthin
10. Selenium

thats a good list. I like taking Toco-8....been a staple of mine for awhile

cycle support is great resveritrol for its heart health and libido boosting, i liek the topical form in Sustain alpha, and look into vitaberry, and toco 8 for all 8 isomers of vitamin e not just tocopherols
