You are on the right track. I use Vitacost a lot. My wife uses the double strength Fish Oil because her goal and mine is to take in a minimum of 2 gms ED of Omega 3s. I don't mind taking pills so I use NPs 1000 bottle of Fish Oil which is the normal 300 mg strength for the Omega 3s. Both my wife and now my best bud have rid themselves of congestive heart failure ie Atrial Fibrulation after 6 months of such heavy dosages. On the D3 I use 10,000 IUs ED because of my size, my age (68) and my belief in it. I swear by D3 as the single most important vitamin I can take. My wife, who takes 20,000 IUs ED, swears for 9 months now it has helped her avoid any further metastasese of her brain cancer tumors.
