I weigh 162lbs right now, I'm 5'6, 18 turning 19 this august 29.
I'm looking for some help right now so I can write out a sick ass detailed log, gain some knowledge and share with you guys and at least get help with some motivation.

I plan on doing an h-drol cycle (aug 10), Than bulk about 2 or 3 more months (i started bulking monday), Depending on fat gain. I choose hdrol cause I hear it's a great beginner choice. Yes I have a pct lined up.
I'm looking to TRY and maintain or drop fat while make great gains.
I'm sure I can do this with carb cycling but can you guys help me out with that if I give out my schedule?
Most likely after this bulk, I will get back into crossfit after.

I'm just so confused about bulking.

Meal 1: Whey
Meal 2: 3 Eggs, 1/2 Cup oatmeal
Meal 3: Tuna, Mayo, lettuce
Meal 4: Chicken, Broccoli, Rice
Meal 5: Sirloin patty, Cheese
PWO: Whey, Dextrose
Meal 6: Chicken, Broccoli, Rice
*Post Jiu Jitsu/muay thai*
Meal 7: Italian Sausage with cheese
Meal 8: 1/2 Cup oatmeal
Meal 9: Cottage cheese 1/2 cup to 1 cup, depending on how hard i train

2050 calories/215g Protein/130-160 carbs, idk =X

When I train BJJ or Muay thai, It's always around 6 to 9pm
Should I weight train early in the AM?
I've also thought about doing my running right after so maybe 10pm so it can speed up my metabolism.

Monday: Legs, Abs, BJJ, Muay thai
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Back, BJJ, Run 2 miles
Thursday: BJJ, Muay thai
Friday: Shoulders, Traps, Abs, Run 2 miles
Saturday: Triceps, Biceps, Forearms, Run 2 miles
Sunday: REST! :D
 
You don't need steroids at 18.

At 162 pounds your maintenance calorie level is at 2336. The best thing to do is up your daily intake by 300-500 a day and see what that does for a while. Then if your not seeing some results after a week or two begin to up your intake closer to 1000 over maintenance.

sorry for the others rude comments bro. your not ready for roids yet man. Im 20 and want to take some ph's bad but i'm still going to wait till me and other agree my body is ready for them. just go to bulking and ask people for advice on a clean bulk and clean supps you need. I could tell you a few things such as n.o explode b4 workout, creatine afterwards, whey for protein shakes during day, maybe some protein bars, eat alot of chicken steak and tuna along with a fair share of veggies. drink loads of water and work out each muscle group hardcorely 1 time a week. hope this helps

Do disrespect to the OP but he's young and ignorant. You don't know what you are doing, or how to body build yet, so throwing money and time into hdrol is retarted. Learn what you are doing and go form there. I'm 25, been lifting 10 years, and unless something changes, I dont want or need "help". By paying attention to training and diet, i've never been stuck to a point where OTC products didn't give me what I need. Not that getting help is always bad, it's just when the times right. and 18 aint right. You need to learn what you are doing before you do it.
 
Yeah up healthy fats, and complex carbs. intake lean protein dont bulk dirty keep it clean.

Agree no one under the age of 21 should take PH/DS
 
SON OF A BI(*^% i just tried to post a new diet and the server timed out!!!!! i'm going to try again in a minute.
 
When i was 18 i went from 172 to 206 on this diet while maintaing and possibly even decreasing my body fat. No roids, No ph's. A strict diet and heavy lifting will help you bulk up.

Here is what i ate:
Meal 1: 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg, 2 pc WW Bread, 16oz FF Milk w/ 1 scoop protein, 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Meal 2: 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup green veggies, 1 cup FF yogurt

Meal 3:8-10 oz lean meat, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup green veggies, 12 oz FF milk

Meal 4: (Pre-Workout) 2 tbsp Red Fat Peanut Butter, 1 scoop protein in water, 2 pc WW Bread
Meal 5: (Post-Workout) 2 scoops of Protein in 10 oz FF Milk, 1 cup Brown Rice, 1 cup green veggies

Meal 6: 12 oz lean meat, 1 cup FF cottage cheese, 1 cup green veggies, 2 pc WW bread, 12 oz FF Milk

Meal 7: 1.5 scoops Casein in 8 oz FF Milk, 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, 1/2 cup rice or a piece of WW bread

I was taking Dicreatine Malate, BCAA's (intra-workout), Fish and Flax oil, also an NO product. You may also want to take some Peppermint Extract for the bloating, and i think i have heard that it helps your body to be able to process all of the extra protein.

Just lift hard, eat hard, and DEDICATE YOURSELF!!! This diet is hard enough to follow and you don't want to add the stress of Roids or PH, cycle support, and PCT right now. Just wait a few more years and see if you still want to go through that.

And you DEFINITELY NEED TO BRING SERIOUS VIOLENCE UPON YOUR LEGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all I know is I just eat every 2-3 hours / when im hungry... a lot of protein... and try to get good amounts of carbs on my lifting days pre and post workout... should aim for more veggies tho... they dont bloat you up and the nutrients would do me more good!
 
No ph's and throw in some more calories. You have a lot of meals but no calorie dense foods there. When I bulk (I'm terrible at gaining weight weighed 130 in HS and bulked to 182 by end of sophmore year in college) I was eating around 3500 cal a day. I was playing soccer/baseball as well in high school so you doing that much mma stuff calls for more calories indeed for a bulk. I'd add some good fats with your shakes in the form of flax or extra virgin olive oil or grab some carb powder and throw in with the shakes as well for extra calories/carbs.

EDIT: Only 150-160g carbs a day????? and you wanna bulk plus your doing mma? Definitely up that carb count brotha. I try to get 350-400g in a day.
