Looking For Help and Advice.

Well to make a long story short I lost my leg almost 5 years ago in a work accident and have really let my body go down the tubes. I'm about 6'1" and about 225 pounds. My goal would be to get down to 180-185 range and then put 15 pound of muscle back on.

The main goal right now is to drop the weight and I am having some problems in doing so, I'm pretty limited in cardio as I have not gotten my new leg yet so its just basically 7-8 miles on an arm bike 7 days a week, 3-4 days a week I do some light weight work on STRIDE machines. My diet has been pretty good as I'm trying to stick around 1600-2000 calories daily. I'm mainly eating a lot of the healthy choice and smart one meals and also taking Anabol Cuts.

I guess what I'm asking is if someone has any other suggestions to help get the cycle moving in the right direction, mainly looking at diet tips or workout tips or maybe stacking some fat burners together.

Any suggestions or help would be great.
