Log: Olympus LAbs TR3ST + TR3N cycle

I will be logging my TR3ST + TR3N cycle for Olympus Labs as soon as it arrives. (I'm considering adding epistane as well but haven't decided yet on that - glad to hear anyone else's thoughts on adding to this cycle. I also have some dimethabold on hand).
I'm a competitive powerlifter competing in bench only in the 181 lb weight class. I have a personal best meet bench of 600 and am hoping to better that PR in 2014. I've had 4 surgeries on my left shoulder (torn labrum, torn rotator cuff, torn pec and torn bicep) and lift with 3 titanium anchors in my left shoulder. I currently have a torn labrum in my right shoulder but am putting off another surgery for now to see how competition goes in 2014. Olympus Labs has been gracious in sponsoring me. I'm hoping for some big lifts in 2014 with help from Olympus Labs!

Current Stats: Height - 5'4"
Weight - 178 lbs
Age: 48 - yes that is correct - 48

Goals - increase strength while getting just a little leaner

Diet - Protein - minimum 350 grams/day . 400 grams/day is my target
Calories - 2500 - 3000/day
Supps - No pre-workout supplements -
Protein - XF Ultra Peptide - 6 servings/day
Liv-52 - on cycle
hawthorne berry- on cycle
Damage Control - on cycle
Formeron - on cycle
Letro on hand - if needed
Tamoxifen on hand for post cycle

PH - TR3ST - 75mg/day
TR3N - 120mg/day

I will be starting the cycle once the TR3ST and TR3N arrive from Olympus Labs which should be soon. Olympus told me to set up my log today as it should arrive quick. If anyone has any thoughts/comments on this cycle, feel free to chime in. Be glad to hear what you guys have to say.

Curious as to how this stack treats you.

Doesn't Trest aromatize? Is an AI needed on cycle?

Thanks, but unfortunately I can't do full power since my rotator cuff surgery. I never regained full range of motion in my left shoulder. I can't get my left arm back far enough to hold bar when doing regular squats. The only squatting I can do anymore is with a safety squat bar.
 
I edited initial post. I will be adding Formeron on cycle. Also, the protein powder I have used for several years is Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide - strawberry - 6 serving spread throughout the day. I actually make strawberry ice cream with the protein powder - half cup frozen strawberries, 2 scoops protein and water. Mix it all up in a magic bullet blender. When the proportions are right it comes out with a consistency similar to soft ice cream. Tastes pretty damn good too.
 
Christmas came early! 2 bottles of TR3ST & 2 bottles of TR3N arrived today! NEW CYCLE STARTS MONDAY! That is, if I can wait Monday...lol

Yesterday (April 21st) was first day on cycle. PH's are split into 3 doses. First is just before 6am. Second is around 2pm. Last dose of day is at 10pm. My workouts are split as follows:
Day 1 - Chest & Triceps
Day 2 - Shoulders and back
Day 3 - Biceps & abs
Day 4 - Legs - squats only
Yesterday was biceps - an easy day so not much to say
Starting weight - 178.5lbs - hopefully can trim a little body fat & add strength
346 grams portein
3,084 calories
 
The tren will kick in fast and you will break pr's. ;) Got 405 myself up last night on flat after a long time.
 
April 22nd
Squats - after warm-ups, 7 sets box squats off 15.5" box (bench height)
last set was 435x3
Currently 2016 calories today with 231 grams protein - still have one more chicken breast and protein shake yet later this evening. SHould end up around 3,000 calories and 340 grams protein.
 
April 23 - Chest & Triceps - first week of real heavy bench work since last meet in November
Flat bench - all sets were off a 2-board - sets as follows after warm-up
1) 455x3
2) 495x3
3) 545x2
4) 585x2
5) 635x1
6) 685x1
7) 700x1 - felt strong, easy lockout, good set to end the bench work on

April 24 - Back & Shoulders - 6 sets pulldowns, 6 sets low cable rows, 6 sets dumbbell shrugs, 6 sets arnold press, 4 sets front dumbbell raises, 4 sets side dumbbell raises, 4 sets rear raises, finished off with rotator work

April 25 - Biceps - easy day - not much to say. Tomorrow will be Bench if I have a spotter, if not then it will be a squat day.

Medium grip pushdowns - 6 sets
Single arm rope pushdowns - 4 sets
Standing over head barbell extensions - 7 sets

Triceps were screaming at the end of the workout! Tomorrow will either be squats or a day off. Not sure yet - depends on when commitments with the family get done.
 
Apr 27 - Knees were sore today so no squats. Worked back and shoulders today instead
Pulldowns - 10 sets total - last set 6 reps at 300lbs
Barbell shrugs - 8 sets total, started at 315 and worked up to 585 for 6 on last set
Dumbbell shrugs - Drop set immediately after last set of barbell shrugs at 585 - no rest between sets (just move down the dumbbell rack) - 125x10, 115x8, 105x8, 95x10
Free motion machine shoulder press - Arnold press style - 60x10,70x10, 80x10, 90x6, 80x5, 70x7, 60x8, 50x10 - no rest at all between sets, move IMMEDIATELY from 60 to 70 to 80 to 90 to 80 to 70 to 60 to 50. Shoulders really burn like hell at end of this giant set!
Rear Cable laterals - 6 sets
Front Cable raises - 5 sets
Finish off with rotator cuff exercises
 
April 28 - Biceps
1. Free Motion Seated Cable Curls - 1 Giant set - 25x10, 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 45x10, 50x7, 45x6, 40x7, 35x8, 30x12 - no rest between sets at all
2. Standing Dumbbell Hanner Curls - Giant set - 30x8, 35x8, 40x8, 45x7, 40x6, 35x7, 30x12 - no rest at all between sets
3. Dumbbell Scott Curls - 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 45x10, 50x8Seated Dumbbell curls - 10 sets - 20x10 with 10 seconds rest between sets
4. Hammer Strength Curl machine - 5 sets to failure

MASSIVE PUMP - veins popping! Felt fantastic Diet thus far has been very good. Everyday a minimum of 300+ grams protein & calories usually between 2,500 and 3,000 as planned.

April 30 - Bench
For those who don't know, I have a torn labrum in my right shoulder. It's been about a year now - trying to avoid surgery. It does cause substantial pain in my right shoulder when benching mostly. Some days are worse than others. Wednesday was one of the worse days. Worked up to 605 in my home gym and stopped there. Then went to the gym to finish up chest & triceps.
Starting to really notice that I am getting leaner - thanks no doubt to the TR3N. Today was really the first bad workout since my cycle started. And that was due to my shoulder issues. Hopefully the next bench workout will go better.
 
May 1 - back and shoulders
16 total sets Pulldowns - done on cable crossover machine - used 4 different pulley heights to hit lats from different angles
Dumbbell shrugs - Drop set - 125, 115, 105, 95, 85, 75, 65 - no rest between sets
Dumbbell Arnold Press - 35-10 reps, 40-10, 45-10, 50-6, 45-5, 40-6, 35-10 - no rest at all between sets
Front Plate raises - 90(2-45lb plates held together)-10 reps, 45 - 10, 25-10 - no rest at all between sets
Side Barbell raises (using fixed e-z curl barbells - grab bar with one hand in middle) - 30-10, 40-10, 50 - 7
Rear delts -on pec-dec machine - 3 sets
Front cable raises - 4 sets
Dumbbell Arnold Press - 25-10, 30-10, 35-10, 40-7, 35-6, 30-7, 25-10
Protein - 311 grams
Calories - 2,456
 
Been really busy the last couple days - lots of OT at work. I'll just give a brief summary of last few days to catch up. Get back to regular log on Tuesday
May 2 - Biceps easy day for me - Protein - 432 grams calories - 2,878 - tons of chicken today
May 3 - Squats - box squats again - 9 sets total - protein - 299 grams calories - 2,785
May 4 - Chest & Triceps - no flat bench today - approx 25 total sets for chest and 20 sets for Triceps - Substantial shoulder pain today in bad shoulder - protein - 312 grams calories 2,799
 
Has anyone experienced any joint soreness while on TR3ST & TR3N? I'm having substantial pain in my right shoulder. It's most likely due to my torn labrum, but was just wondering what you guys think. My weight is up to 183.5 lbs. Still getting leaner as well! This cycle is working great so far. Just wish I didn't ahve my shoulder issue.

Haven't heard of that kind of sides... Maybe your strength has went up too fast and your joints can't handle it? Or maybe you're dosing your Formeron a bit too high?

I'm pretty sure its my labrum and not a side effect of the PH's. My shoulders just hate heavy benching. My Doc said surgery is the way to go, but I really am just trying to put surgery off as long as possible.

Hopefully you don't get hurt! Maybe peptides could help?
 
May 6 - Biceps - easy day for me -

May 7 - Chest & Triceps - shoulder still sore as hell but ignored it as best I could. Mood was great going into the workout despite the shoulder and had a great workout. I did my flat bench work at home as usual & finished up rest of my chest & tricep workout at the gym.

495 - 2 reps off a 2-board

585 - 1 reps off a 1.5-board

Best bench workout in quite a while despite continuing shoulder issues! Felt great for the entire workout. Chest & Tris had huge pump! TR3ST & TR3N really kicking in!

Not even 3 weeks into this cycle yet & gains are looking FABULOUS so far. I'm leaner yet weight is up to 185 (was 178.5 to start cycle - 6.5 lb increase). Strength is also up! I LOVE THIS CYCLE SO FAR!
