Log...it’s better than bad it’s good

And a glass of some sweet girl wine

in my head that instantly makes me assume your asking your girl to sit on your face and glaze you like a donut while you enjoy your soak bro!! 😂

but I never know if everyone else’s mind works like mine in that regard, you probably mean a nice glass of rose or something 🤷

No no I like your idea better

So I’m heading into pct in about 10 days. I’ve already decided to add mk677 if Usps ever delivers. I also have a bottle of Laxogenin, should I add this in as well or wait until after? I’m interested in seeing have TD Laxo works for me

defo use it in pct bro. Cortisol control is massive during that period for maintaining gains.....if anything id also throw invictus or something of that Ilk at it as well.

What brand laxo are you going to run?

I was thinking about picking some up but man, after 6 weeks of putting the lotion on it's skin... it's getting burnt out!

This is my first time around with TDs too and going 3ml Epichaos in the morning and 3ml Ursa Major in the evening keeps me... Clammy? Sticky? I don't know what the right word is but it's somewhat unsettling. Maybe 6ml of goo a day is more than my chest real estate can handle. Guess it's time to start munchin' this M1A I'm sittign on!

My Hell

It's a good bit of TD.
But I use a good bit too.

Try to spread it to more areas as much as possible.

....... And Everyone.....
Not All TDs could be applied to "sensitive areas" without possibly causing some discomfort.

Strength is up today. Decided to hit military after my rackpulls as I’m coming up on my 3 day rest. I hit a good amount of volume before hitting a pr. The weight was flying up until 225 then it got a little heavier. 195 felt like 135 and I think that’s going to be my training weight going forward. Might try one more PR of 265 and call it quits for a while.

Facepulls
3x20

Rackpulls
5x180,225
3x275
5x295,340, 385

BB rows (reverse grip)
135x8x3
185x6x2
225x4x2

Seated Military
95, 115, 135, 155, 175, 195x6
225x4
245x2 PR (video)
195x6

Chest supported ez bar facepulls

Awesome!

Just be careful, brother.

Equipment update
Once Titan restocks I’m buying a reverse hyper. As I was using the massage gun on my wife last night, she was complaining about lower back pain. I showed her a demo of reverse hyper.
“The **** you waiting for? Buy one”

Also, I need input on a good Treadmill under a grand. She really wants one so I’m gonna try and buy one. I know nothing about cardio equipment though.

Take 255 and execute it with authority. Don’t try PR’s - pick weights you KNOW you will murder. This is for two reasons:

1) It’s self-fulfilling. You are sure of your ability so you are confident. Because you are confident, you never back off when it gets hard & you make a lift you could have missed if you didn’t go all in.
2) Injury prevention. Avoiding excessive straining means much less chance of parts failing.

Get their econo model! It’s heavy enough for 300lb guys to load up, it’s significantly cheaper, and it works great. Comfy. Their regular model is overbuilt - you’d only want that if you were putting it in a gym for high traffic use and needed to accommodate very tall people. Unless 6’2” I wouldn’t even consider it. The econo already has steps on the frame your wife will probably need to use to get up.

Thanks dude that a great plan. 245 would’ve been easier if I hadn’t done so much volume leading up to it. Honestly, I was planning on working up to 205 for 5. I’ll try 255 if it feels right, if not I’m more than happy where I’m at.
As for the reverse hyper, the econo has been the plan ever since talking to you about it. Of course when I’m ready to pull the trigger it’s not in stock but I can wait. This will give me time to move things around as I think I can use the space more effectively. I may also build a platform under my rack because the floor slope is serious.

Highly recommend a platform. Before we moved here I was in a detached garage with a sinking wooden floor so it was a vast improvement for me. You might even shim it if the slope is super crazy.

Did you build your own? I have 2 stall mats so that’s not an issue

Ok cool I’m gonna look up some plans. I’m not the best at this kind of stuff but it sounds easy enough
Yeah it's not bad at all. The hardest thing is probably cutting down the stall mats. I put linseed oil on the top, probably three or four layers and it has held up pretty well. I lift barefoot and it's still pretty tacky after a couple years, in a good way of course.

I’m in the same boat man! I’ve been eyeing one for months, but after seeing multiple folks on here post about I decided I’m going to pull the trigger and put one in my garage. My wife had a similar reaction to yours, and admitted she knows I’ll be even more capable for honey do tasks around the house and what not if my back is lol!

I’m also **** and anything like this bro but I made my own - really easy.

hardwood ply, 3-4 coats polyurethane on top. Done. Been battering it for a year and holding up great

Didn’t know I needed this but for $300 off retail and still in the box, sure

I had a preacher curl I loved in my home set up and had to let it go. I’ve got a fair sized space but found the preacher took up too much for what it added (which is basically just an effective bicep curl but one that can be replicated pretty close without the bench)......

if you have a massive space then **** yeah. Ime I went with stuff that did more

the leg press/hack squat I’ve got is probably the thing that doesn’t add huge unique variety, but IMO it allows you to create a fatigue in the legs, using high weight, that is really hard to replicate through a barbell squat without form going totally to shite.

some sort of cable system I also thing gives some unique hard to replicate stimulus on the upper body as well

I fucking love home gyms

Yea I mean I have one but it’s ****. This is commercial grade so if worse comes to worse and I need the space I’ll resell it. I paid $100 for it so no big loss

My preacher curl is in storage, I ran out of room. I do miss it !!
