Dosage: 50mg Havoc
Workout:
Chest, delts and triceps. I was so weak that I won't even write numbers here.
I decided to modify my routine a little. New routine starts when I have my Ballista here.
Tuesday:
- Speed chins
- Deadlift, heavy
- Front squat, light
- Calves
- Abs
Wednesday:
- Standing side laterals
- Facepull
- Standing military press Wendler's
- Standing DB press
- Seated side laterals
- Something for triceps
Friday:
- Chin-ups Wendler's + long sets
- Lat pulldown
- BB shrugs
- BB curl
- Something for forearms and biceps
Saturday:
- Front squat Wendler's
- DB lunges
- Leg curls
- Calves
- Abs
Sunday:
- Standing side laterals
- Facepull
- Bench press with Ballista, heavy (DB flat bench until I receive my ballista)
- DB flat bench (DB incline bench until I receive my ballista)
- DB tricep extension + something else for triceps
