Weight 206.5. Another day, another pound. Love this. Last night I had 3 seperate people come up to me and tell me that I'm "getting huge". WHile I'm nOt really huge by any stand point I have added a very noticable amount of muscle mass. I'm sure gains will start to level off next week but I'm hoping I'll still keep gaining like this through the end of my cycle.

im interested to see your last week.. Ive never really seen to much in my final week

Whats the biggest you've ever been? Reason I ask is because I've never been bigger/heavier than 190 and I'm hoping to hit 200 on this cycle. I start preloading the liver juice next wednesday, can't wait.

Are you 190 now? What is your cycle dosage? I'm sure if you lift heavy and eat big you should easily pass the 200 lb point.

I'm 180 now, was 190 right after a previous cycle. I'll probably start the SD at 185 though because I'm going to be running the 1-T while I frontload the liver juice for 2 weeks, then add the SD and run them together for 4 weeks. Then cut down to hopefully 190 at 8% bf. I'll be logging measurements, cals, and weight throughout. I really hope to hit these goals. Jambo seems to be loving life right now! lol
 
Late sub... keep up the good work bro. I'm currently running a cutter on clen and T3 with pulsing m-drol and I'm loving it... I think I might need to order me some superdrone and try it out.

Weight 207. I've been really dyhadrated over the last few days. Part of it is my fault for not drinking anywhere near enough water. But it seems that every time I drink a pint of water I turn around a urinate 2 pints. I am starting to shut down mildly. My sex drive is starting to taper off just a bit but that could be because I've been pretty tired. I am still able to perform as normal though. Very small amount of testicular atrophy. I should have been using HCG. I'm getting very tired of eating so much. It's actually becoming a chore. That aside though there is most surely a very noticable increase in muscle mass and over all shape. It looks great. Strentgh is up too. Every day for the last 4 days at least once a day someone I know has come up to me and told me that I'm getting bigger.

I has appetite supression too :/ and I felt shut down after I was done. Keep eatin bro!

I totally hear you man. Just be careful with not hydrating yourself enough. It really will affect your digestion since you're taking in more cals. I suffered from a 3 day stomach cramp due to it, and horrible bowel movements which resulted in me having to take a saline laxative along with excess fiber supplements and a ton of water to get my system back on track. As far as eating goes, I think I'm going to run into the same problem as well, but what helps me is the fact that it's actually paying off. 13 pounds in 3 weeks is awesome man. I really hope I see the same gains as you. Keep your head up, you're doin great...

Weight 207.5. That wraps up week 3. Only 1 week left. Hopefully I'll at least be able to put on a half pound a day through the rest of the week. Everything else is going good. Staying hydrated and it makes a big difference for sure. My measurements haven't gone up by a lot this week but I'm looking way more muscular. Here's this weeks measurements:

Arms: 16.125" flexed (+.625")
Forearms: 14.5" flexed (+.25")
Chest: 45.25" (+1.5")
Neck: 16.75" (+1")
Waist: 34"
Quad upper: 25.25" (+1.75")
Quad lower: 22.55" (+2")
Calf: 16.5" (+.5")

Definitely looking leaner mate, I like the 3xday dosing protocol too, I assume to keep plasma levels more stable?
 
Wow your shoulders are the most noticable part to me. Now they are leveled off and round. Making great progress. Keep at it.
 
Great progress...shoulders def look rounder and can see those back wings (lats) as well....keep it up bro and keep SFW in pct when yo get there!

so your gaining like 1lb a day? hows the strength like +10-15lbs on bench press each week?

I'd like to get a little more insight on your strength gains as well.. I'm starting my cycle in two weeks and might want to refactor my routine a bit..

Weight 209. I'm extremely dehydrated this morning. I was sweating profusely last night. I believe that I probably gained another half pound to a pound but because I'm so dehydrated it's not showing up on the scale. I've been cramping this morning so I need to get hydrated.

How much water do consume on average a day?
 
This stuff is still in stock some places, just not at pp anymore. I got 2 bottles and im starting to wish i had more haha.
 
Dont let yourself get dehydrated like that. Water should be within reach 24/7. Carry a water bottle, have a jug of water in the vehicle. Drink! Get some of the Met Rx Big 1oo Colossal bars. High calorie, high protein(32g) and dry. After chowing one of those down you will want to drink a gallon of water.

Weight 209. Looks like my gains have leveled out. Well it was a good ride.

15lbs is a hell of a ride. I'm sure if you could have upped the dose one more time it would have added a few more, but its understandable why you didn't considering it was your first cycle. Any plans on running it again down the road? And will you still be logging your PCT?

Weight 209.5. I'm going to go ahead and stop the cycle. My gains have leveled out and I'm starting to get some really intense back pumps. I'll now be starting my pct as follows:

Week 1:
Nolva 20mg
Liver Juice (2.5ml, twice daily)
Toco 8 (1 Scoop)
Sustain Alpha Liqua-Vade (5ml, twice daily. 5 days on, 2 days off)
EndoAmp (1 scoop)
NO-Xplode (1 scoop pre-workout)
C.E.E. (2.5g pre-workout)

Week 2 and 3:
Nolva 10mg
Liver Juice (2.5ml, twice daily)
Toco 8 (1 Scoop)

Yes, I'm going to log my PCT as well. A cycle isn't complete without PCT. ;)

I am going to run SD and try it was a cutting cycle with clenbuterol. Something like this:

Week 1: SD 1ml / Clen 10mcg
Week 2: SD 1ml / Clen 20mcg
Week 3: SD 1.5ml / Clen 30mcg
Week 4: SD 1.5ml / Clen 20mcg

I think this will be a good cutting cycle in which I'll still be able to come out 5-10 pounds heavier but with much less body fat. More of a hybrid bulking/cutting cycle. I think the Clen should have a positive effect on the SD lethargy as well.
