LOG : CC Boosts His Testosterone With T-911 & AS

Day 16:

Another cardio day. Bicycle 16km and a late evening walk :) Nothing to brag about.

//CC

Day 17:

Today I felt a bit tired before starting the workout. I felt motivated though but a little tired from work.. Except for that the workout was a great one :)

Back:
Pull-ups (behind): 10reps, 10reps, 10reps
Pull-ups (front): 10reps, 10reps, 10reps
Chin-ups close grip: 8reps, 8reps, 8reps
Renegade Row: 10x24kg, 10x24kg, 10x24kg

Legs:
One Legged Squats: 10reps, 10reps, 10reps
Front Squats (deep): 10x48kg, 10x48kg, 10x48kg
Calf Raises: 10x48kg, 10x48kg, 10x48kg

I thought the stairs walking with weights is somewhat too much of cardio and not a very heavy muscle workout so instead i did some calf raises. Haven't paid much attention to my calves lately, could put on some mass down there too :) As you probably can see there are some +reps in the exercises again, week 3 seems to bring some more small steady gains. Hopefully week 4 does the same..

Day 22:

Got the flu today. Been sneezing all day and feeling destroyed :( I had to keep one more day off in hope of feeling better tomorrow.

Day 23:

Well considering yesterday and how bad I felt I honestly thought todays workout was gonna be crap. I felt very motivated though. My workout was surprisingly good I must say.

Shoulders:
One Arm Shoulder Press: 8x32kg, 8x32kg, 8x32kg
Military Press: 10x48kg, 10x48kg, 10x48kg
Towel Front Raises: 10x16kg, 10x16kg, 10x16kg

Chest:
Kettlebell Flies: 14x32kg, 14x32kg, 14x32kg
Chest Press: 12x48kg, 12x48kg, 12x48kg
Push-Ups (Very Wide Stance) 3x30

Still moving up rep after rep. This is amazing considering I was feeling beat yesterday. I did nothing but sleep and eat (the little I got down). T-911 & A-State really makes wonders! And soon it is time for the After Pictures :nervous:

Day 24:

Today was great! I got a nasty sunburn at work today and felt a little dizzy when coming home. Anyway I thought F it and lets get some sweat dripping. I tried dosing 2 T-911 before my workout along with the A-State and I can say wow. I felt like I was on top of my game!

Back:
Pull-ups (behind): 10reps, 10reps, 10reps
Pull-ups (front): 10reps, 10reps, 10reps
Chin-ups close grip: 10reps, 10reps, 10reps
Renegade Row: 10x24kg, 10x24kg, 10x24kg

Legs:
One Legged Squats: 10reps, 10reps, 10reps
Front Squats (deep): 10x48kg, 10x48kg, 10x48kg
Calf Raises: 12x48kg, 12x48kg, 12x48kg

Another set with a few more reps here and there. They just keep coming :) I haven't seen this fast progress in a long while. I really dig this. A-State & T-911 have pushed me forward - gotta like it!

Oh and btw. I will be posting my final review at the end of this week along with the progress I have made in my workouts and measurements.

Hope there is still someone out there following along...

Sry Bro....yea I'm still widja! Just been a hectic week, got pulled away from my pc for a few days. You have made great progress, especially with strength gains. That A. State is something else, huh? I like it, I like it, Ilike it!!!

No problem bro, hectic weeks always come and go :) I've made some solid gains yes, and I will sum it all up in my final review on Sunday/Monday.
Yeah the Anadraulic State is something else for sure :D Been on it for 2 months now and I don't wanna stop :( Well it is gonna be even better after the summer - waiting for September :firedevil:

Day 25:

Cardio day. The usual bicycling and a little evening jog after work and hit the bunk.

//CC

Day 26:

Well this was my last day of workouts on T-911 & Anadraulic State. I figuered I would celebrate a little and tamper with my dosing so I thought what the hell, let's dose 2scoops A-State and 2 tabs T-911 35min before workout. I know what you guys are thinking: Two scoops of A-State - wtf?! Right? Well my stomach did handle it very well (just had to visit the toilet 15min after dosing..) and all I can say is god damn what a workout. I have probably never been so hyped and concentrated in a workout before. The drive, focus and aggression was all there! I think I had the best arms workout in many many years :)

Triceps:
One-arm pushups: 12reps, 12reps, 12reps
Behind the neck stretches: 10x24kg, 10x24kg, 10x24kg
Bottoms up press: 12x16kg, 12x16kg, 12x16kg
Close stance pushups: 20reps, 20reps, 20reps

Biceps:
Towel curls: 12x32kg, 12x32kg, 12x32kg
Towel hammer curls: 12x16kg, 12x16kg, 12x16kg
Concentration curls: 10x16kg, 10x16kg, 10x16kg
Bottoms up clean: 10x16kg, 10x16kg, 10x16kg.

Last workout with a few extra reps here and there. They just started coming and kept going, can't complain :) I still have Saturday and Sunday OFF-Days so my final writeup and pics along with stats will be up on Monday. Thanx everyone that has followed along, I really enjoyed these two supps and I am very happy with the results!

I would definately recommend this cycle for anyone wishing to make some steady gains without touching the stronger stuff. I also recommend the T-911 and A-State combo for anyone looking for an addition to their PCT. This combination resulted in me waking up with morning wood almost every day. And i don't take this as a negative effect :D

Hope you all enjoyed the log and hopefully someone finds this useful!

Signing off!
