As mentioned before I have not been in the gym in the last few days. It was a much needed break though and actually think it may have helped dry me out and rest my over worked muscles. I think I wont be heading in til tomorrow night for my next workout day. Visited a lot of family and friends I havent seen in a while and damn is that a good pride booster! Every one of them commented on how big I was looking ;-). One of my buds actually said roids??? Right when he saw me lol.

Update on pct, morning wood is increasing! :-) Woke up a few times with it and finding myself getting a lot more worked up from time to time, so that is definitely a positive sign! Hoping it comes with added aggression and intensity in the gym! I'm afraid weight is going to be down a bit as it was hard to keep my diet tight and steady while traveling. Never realized how hard it would be to keep up on food consumption on the road!
 
Finally hit the gym again!! Had a pretty damn good workout too. Weight after 3 days out of the gym was 174 down a pound or two from a week ago. Wasn't surprised as my diet was restricted and had not worked out. Went in rested up with high energy though and got a hell of a pump today. Details:

Squats
5x5 heaviest at 215

DB military press (seated)
5x5 heaviest at 75

Leg extensions
5x5 heaviest at 180 (PR)

Wide press machine
5x5 heaviest at 285 PR or tied PR either way felt beastly

Upright rows
4x5, heavy set was 1x7 at 110 (PR)

Finished with 10 mins on elliptical for around a 100 calorie burn, just had enough energy to do it. Probably should have incorporated it in the beginning of the workout to stretch the legs and arms but oh well. Libido is feeling good these days and think its near full recovery. Started taking the erase pro daily now, not sure if 1 EOD is sufficient. Drive is incredible today and already excited for tomorrow's workout!

Dropped to 174, look and feel a lot leaner though. I realized half way through the cycle the strength gains were way more relevant then the weight gains. So even if I'm only 5 pounds heavier I'm a hell of a lot stronger.
 
Alright let's see how interesting this thread gets, exploring pinning next go around. Ideas, suggestions, inputs welcome!
 
PCT day 16....

Great Back/bi split and threw in shrugs for the he!! of it, the pump felt good today. Strength was there, didn't feel like I lost any from last week at all so that's a plus. Details:

Lat pulldown
4x5 up to 180, 1x4 at 200 :-) failed on last one and got sloppy on 4

Straight bar curl
5x5 heavy at 105

Row bar machine
5x5 heavy at 250

Hammer curls
5x5 heavy at 50 veins were sick on these!

Shrugs
5x5 heavy at 275

Low row
5x5 heavy at 182.5

Weight was still 174 no change from yesterday.

PCT looks to be going great bro. Keep up the great work these last couple weeks. The 2nd and 3rd week are always the hardest IMO so killing it now will reward you later!!!

PCT day 17....

Cardio and abs today. Warmed up on the stationary bike for about 6 mins, then 15 minutes on the elliptical for a 160 calorie burn. Threw in 10 minutes of ab coaster and hanging leg lifts and finished with 10 minutes on the treadmill switching between incline walk and slightly incline jog. Hard to explain but had a good pump all day today, body looked very vascular and my muscles looked pretty jacked up all day. Legs, shoulders and biceps all felt pretty sore which is why I made today cardio instead of crushing chest and tris like I had planned. Hopefully the cardio day will rest my upper body enough to get all I can get out of chest tomorrow.
 
Pct day 18...

Well my np order came so I gave jacked a shot today and man did it help! Absolutely crushed chest and tri's! Put up 230 6 times today on flat BB bench, up 1 rep from last week! Time is limited and im on my phone so I'm not posting the rest of the workout. This pct is going way better then I dreamed it would! The pump once again was amazing, I actually looked as good as when I was on today! Strength is still up at the level it was my last day on too. What a rush!
 
So you capitalized on the jacked for 20 bucks huh? Me too....picked up 2 tubs :D

PCT Day 20....

Going to pretty much wrap this log up for now. Overall still holding on at 174 lbs. A total gain of 5.5, strength is still climbing entering 3 weeks into pct! I'm completely amazed at the fact that I haven't lost any strength since entering PCT. Set a PR today on Lat pulldown for reps which made me very happy! Still looking hella swole and getting that alpha male feeling that I usually only find when "on". Not sure if is the quick recovery I experienced or if the erase pro and formula x is just that good of a combo, but a man could get used to this! I will update periodically in here if I feel necessary but I think this log is pretty much exhausted. I decided to say no to the pinning for now and will probably run some kind of bridge oral cycle next go around. Probably will stretch a havoc/hdrol or maybe kickstart hdrol with Mdrol, haven't heard much on that bridge maybe some one could chime in.

Today I did a 15 minute cardio warm up, 10 on elliptical for 115 calorie burn and 5 minutes on arm bike for a 45 calorie burn. I wanted to get in some cardio today and decided I would try it as a warm up and then crush a back work out, which was a complete success. By the time I hit my 3rd set I felt in sync and think it really helped loosen me up.

Bent over barbell rows
3x5 heavy at 185

Dead lifts
5x5 heavy at 275

Low row
5x5 heavy at 182.5

Pull up wide
3x8 bw

Really liking the addition of jacked to my regime, will definitely stock up on it if its still on sale. It has a real good edge to it with out over doing the stim feeling, might be because I under dose PWO's due to stomach irritability that I experience quite often. Like mentioned before pump was incredible and I felt and looked hella swole today.

Cool bro, will have a new thread up next week on C20 and erase pro. I have also decided that I will be logging a Hdrol/trenavar cut in may! Yea boy!
 
Sweet... Looking at doing a helladrol/katanabol cutting cycle soon
