SURVIVED! The first cardio ab burn day today and it feels damn good. Started with 15 minutes on the bike constantly adjusting speed to keep HR at a good level, I believe it ended up being about 3 miles. Then I did a fifteen minute burn on the tredmill switching between incline speed walks and slightly incline job/run. Keeping heart rate up about 135 for the length of the burn. My legs were recked after this rotation, sweat was minumum and surprised I didn't have trouble keeping my breath being that I was a smoker up until about a year ago and haven't done any cardio before. Followed this workout with 20 minutes rotating between weighted ab coaster and hanging leg lifts. It did feel really good to get this first day out of the way and body feels hella tight even though my weight was still at 177!! Keep expecting to go into the gym and see like 174 but to my surprise it doesn't happen. When I'm not on cycle my weight was fluctuating between 165-170 day to day, weird that I'm seeing very little to no fluctuation in the last week. Hopefully its a good sign on what's to come in pct!
 
remember though if you up your workouts you need to up them calories. ;)

Yessir I agree with the upping the calories as mention a few posts ago! I will add a lot of lean protein sources to accomdate the burn, just love the ripped feeling I had after the cardio really felt tight as hell and I think in the long run it will help a lot. My main inspiration was RickRock in his transformation i read his old logs and noticed when he started the cardio he went from holding some weight on mid to being shredded. I'm going to try to give him a run for his money!!! ;-)

Yea definitely cardio/anything aside from sitting down, will aid with better body comp.

Anyone have any thing to say about my next cycle that I'm preparing? Thinking about bridging epi-hdrol and running tren through the last 4-6 weeks. May do hdrol-epi and run tren for longer, not too familar with epi or tren so anyone have info that may assist me? When I say epi I mean Havoc.

Im running EPI(havoc) right now at 50 for my last 3 weeks, i was at 40 for 2 weeks. i like 50 better lol my strength is great right now, out of nowhere i just power through my last sets. i like it alot, no lathargy like SD and im still getting super pumped.

i dont know what kind of tren your planning on running but you shouldnt run it without test, just something to think about. its hard for me to assume your talking about the inj. version but the oral version is so toxic i cant imagine where you would get the idea to run it lol.

Wow, nothing but amazing updates today! Woke up at about 6 and was drowzy as all hell but I must have stewed up the right pre-workout cause by the time I hit my third set I was flying. PW was 6 AM V3, 1 scoop maximize and 2 PLCAR. I killed it today all around, didn't want to stop hitting the weights even after pressing an hour in the gym. Even went up and did 15 minutes of cardio to cap the workout, uh oh. Details:

Straight bar Curl
5x5 finishing few sets at 100

Front laterals
5x5 all at 35 lb dbs

Tricep pulldowns
5x5 finished at 102.5 (PR)

Lat pulldown wide
5x5 180 last set

Bent over barbell row
5x5 finished at 185 PR, incredible strength here it was insane, just constantly added weight

Cardio consisted of 8 minutes on elliptical (never realized how tough this machine is, was sore as hell), 8 minutes on bike.

Weight was 178 today!! :-) Pump was back on track, looked almost as full as last week on Mdrol, really surprised me. Not sure what the hell was with me today but I feel damn good and know i killed it in the gym.

Mini review on AM solo

Pros
Maintaining Strength
Maintaining Weight
No lethargy!!
Seems to be giving me added energy and drive in gym
vascular increase

Cons
The huge one time dose is causing stomach pain so I tend to take 1 large dose and 1 small dose
Heartburn/gross burps

Gained 20lbs since I last updated. So about 7 weeks 20lbs.
 
Alright so I got an email today for a good deal on Erase pro, went ahead and picked up a bottle of it as I'm curious how good this sh!t really is. May be substituting that for the RV2, also picked up a bunch of extra goodies at nutra to tweak my pre-workout a bit. On my way to gym in a few minutes will update when I get back. Going in for chest today! Hopefully hit that 235 again!

Great strength today for chest. Energy was good, could have probably gone for a PR on bench but completely underestimated AM. Today was the first bench day since I dropped Mdrol and I figured I would be down 10 lbs from then. Yet I actually put up the same PR weight I set on it and had more gas then when I set it the first time could have easily pumped out either more reps or more weight. Details:

Flat bench
5x5 Heaviest at 235

Incline DB for 2 sets, Incline barbell for 3
2X5 75
3x5 heaviest at 165

Shrugs
5x5 heaviest at 285

Tbar row

Close grip bench
5x5 heaviest at 145

Liking the new routine a lot, keeps me interested until the last set. Was at the point with single body group workouts where I would tend to lose interest by the last sets. Going to try it out for a month and if it goes good I will extend it to about 8 weeks and then try a new style. Love it so far, try it out bro I've been having a lot of fun with it for sure!
 
5x5 is great for strength. And I like it because it gives adequate time to recover with the 1 on 1 off pattern. :D

Plus I dont really go to failure all the time. ;)

Really good energy and could not even believe the strength today. Kind of steering away from the outline 5x5 that I was going by and just doing what I want to get done. In any case damn these sessions feel amazing and had a moment today while finishing a set at looking in the mirror where I said damn you've come a long way. Really had to stop and applaud myself mentally as corny as it sounds. Had a lot of extra boost from watching Bigger, faster, stronger before hitting the gym. Can't believe I had never watched it before.
 
Also looked up arnolds cycle log and he ran 26 weeks of Dbol with anavar and others and then repeated with no pct??? WTF Correct me if that isn't completely accurate but damn I feel a little less worried about the cycles I have ran now....

Aside from the fact that Arnold was a genetic freak I think they DID do pcts. They probably called it like gyno protection or something. A bodybuilder from the 1970s said all the bodybuilders had access to clomid and nolva in the days. Would make sense though if he was just taking lower doses off competition then upped it to super high doses for prep.
Either way lol. The stuff we run is mild but still need the pct lol.
I liked bigger faster stronger as well. Lol.

In no means will it make me more destructive just eases my paranoid mind when it comes to harming my body, it is not good for organs but look at all the things people do these days that are more destructive and deadly. I'm glad this is the hobby I chose....

see my 11 week cycle dont look that bad when you see 100mg dbol cycle for 20 weeks staight combined with other orals lmao, hey arnold had good genitics but i wouldnt say his liver was better than mine. we def need pct but when i started reading into history and past cycles like that it aslo eased my mind.

here is a study of its use dating 1971. They had it. Or at least it was out there. Wether they used it or not cant be confirmed.. but it was produced.

Killed it today! Set a PR on bench and felt amazing. Pump today was probably the best I've had in a few weeks. Details:
