No sides is great! I still have no sides at 20mgs so I'm going to try and stay here for about a week more then just stay on my andro. Should be a great cycle. Let's do this!
 
did you take measurements, your arms look pretty big bro. you can def see you been putting in work. im at 16in right now, trying to get to 16.5 by beginning of april. but cutting doesnt help lol

thats cool you tried a bi/tri day, seem like you like it. your right nothing like the pump on arms day. i would recommend you go bi workout tri workout, maybe even superset, if you can. youll see a big difference giving you muscles a break inbetween. by this i mean do 3 sets, of one bi workout and then switch to you first tri workout, finish you sets, and then back to a different bi workout.

It definitely gave a great pump, not to mention my arms still feel like there going to explode! Almost feels like sunburn, can just tell its stretching the skin. Might try that other way next time too.

Incredible workout today! Cant even put in words the strength I felt today. Not only did I raise the bar huge on my everything I did today but I had the same energy on my 7th set as I did on my first. Usually by the time I get that deep in a workout I'm completely beat and my muscles start to fail, not even a chance today. Details

This was by far the best chest day I've ever experienced. Let me remind you that I normally do a chest/tri split so today I went into the workout knowing I was just going to demolish my chest and skip tris as I did them 2 days ago. My god did it pay off! Bench was up 15 lbs from last week which is unheard of for me, and also I felt a feeling today that was insane, I didn't concentrate on anything but getting that bar down and back up. There was no voice in the back of the head saying this is too heavy nothing, the voice was muffled by one saying more weight, more weight!! No lie every time I thought I would be at my max I would pump it up and say more weight! I easily with a spotter could have raised everything even higher but I was well aware of adding too much and hurting myself so I tamed it down a bit. I incorporated music into my workout which is rare for me, my fiance picked up the Iphone for me more christmas so I decided to try this out...... I cannot even explain how much I think this helped my workout. It helped quiet the thought of failing from the equation, distracts you from saying you can't do this, and pushes you to do more! Hope I explained that good enough and may I say I will not workout without music again.

Weight update today is 176.5 total of 8 lbs to date. I did mess up and have two mixed drinks last night and thought it would throw off my routine but not a chance. I can only imagine the strength that will be present when I up this to 20 mg with the 8 caps of AM. I will say this right now I'm just over a week into this and would recommend to anyone, give this a shot atleast once, this cycle is more beneficial in the first week then an entire cycle of Hdrol was for me. I'll leave it at that....
 
Just looked back at last week's log and noticed that incline bench was also up 20 lbs from last week! Wow

Have to get used to my work schedule again so it may be a couple of days before my energy hits back where it needs to be. Also today was the first day that I noticed a bit of a stomach ache during lifting and sweating was a bit worse then normal. Think I may have to step my breakfast up a bit to keep this from happening. I usually lift on a pretty light stomach but I dont think these products are gonna be too happy with that!

Alright so I got a bit anxious and jumped to 20mg today, assuming sides stay minimal I'll do 20 for two weeks and be done with the Mdrol kick. That is when AM will have the true test.

Leg day today, very good workout strength felt good and even set a PR on leg press. Weight is still at 176.5 but I plan on that going up quickly as I'm now running 20mg and my diet is cleaner but consuming more after the holidays. Last week on legs I experienced joint pain really bad which restricted a lot of my workout, but this week my legs felt great and were ready to bang out high reps. Details:

Energy today was better then yesterday, consumed more food during breakfast and my stomach felt fine today. Will say that sadly my libido finally took a hit yesterday. It is odd how you really can tell almost immediately when it goes. :worried: Off day tomorrow, then Shoulders Thursday, cant wait to see where my strength is on that day! As you know if you've been reading my logs that is my favorite day in the gym! Another note I wanna add is strangely I haven't been experiencing the lethargy that almost everyone has logged feeling during SD or AM. Don't get me wrong the first few days it was terrible, but even after taking it to 20 yesterday I didn't get hit by it too bad, slept like a rock but wasn't wore out or anything.

im curious how deep you squats are? and you do leg press where you pushing at a 45 degree angle up, with plates right?
 
Squats go down to about I'd say a foot and a half off the ground give or take, when I got back to lifting about 2 years ago I was lifting with a guy that was 6'3" 250 pounds and he would critic every wrong lift I did. So I had to learn to get all the way down. I'm glad he did it though because he taught me proper form, I get a good laugh though because I see people putting on 3 plates a side and looking like a train wreck but they say they can put that much up. LOL The leg press is exactly how you said it, 45 degrees and using plates on both sides. Today I went to 5 plates and a 25 on each side coming to 500lbs.
 
Not too mention I think I could have gone to 6 plates on the leg press today had I not done so many warm up sets. I keep thinking I'm not going to be as strong as I end up being so I've been overkilling warm ups. Next week I'm going to focus more on high weight and do less warm up reps/sets to really gauge my strength. Shooting for 235 8 times on bench for chest day, although I think it may be a bit far fetched!! Most I've done was at the end of my hdrol run and that was 225 free weight for 8.
 
thats good bro, like i said just curious. my legs are really weak ive just started working on them this year, theyre about 4 years behind haha. yeah im that guy, but i use proper form with weight i can handle ya know. i was doing bench squats for a while, it was just past 90 degrees. now ive switch to all the way down, ass to ankles almost. i can feel it in so many different places going that deep, my legs dont like the extra push but i could use the growth. good to see a PR on there keep it up

Yes honestly my legs piss me off! My upper body blows up and my legs tend to just stay at the same strength. I really wish I would have stayed on them more so they would be where they need to be but in the past I tend to skip a leg day here and there and it really kills what you have going. Not any more though, I know what happens when you skip out on them so I will not let that happen again. It may be a wrong way to look at it but I cant stand that I bench about the same as I squat makes me feel like I've been going about it all wrong. lol

BTW, luckily enough I already came clean about why my libido tanks. My girl and I have a very open relationship and although she told me from day one of lifting if I did steroids she would leave me, I have kind of gradually changed her mind on things. Now she uses the ole if you ever shoot steroids in your ass comment lol. I even tell her the products that I'm taking and exactly what they do as far as shutting testicular function down etc. I'm a very lucky man and know that! Matter of fact she knew when I started mdrol that my libido would take a hit so all last week when we were off work she kept saying why are you so riled up your supposed to have no drive. LMAO
 
yeah i dont skip legs anymore either plus it like 60% of all your muscle mass and ive read that lifting legs actually boost natural hormones, because its such a big % you miss out on alot of growth in your whole body when you skip em. since i been cutting up and building legs hard for about 3 months now its pretty cool im starting to get some good defintion, its motivating.

I completely agree, one thing I forgot to mention, my legs have grown tremendously during this cycle I actually had to go out and get all new jeans because my girl said my old ones looked like girl jeans they were so tight! I worked 7 days a week for 3 months straight so I didn't wear any of my casual jeans, so when I did it was amazing I couldn't barely get my legs in the damn things. It was a very proud but expensive moment! lol

Daa on cycle tends to help me with volume of the boys. Never tried perform. I kinda want to now... On sale at nutra I believe. ;)

DAA on cycle taken before bed should help negate shutdown somewhat, haven't personally tested this though.
 
No workout today, got to head in to work for a 12 hour shift so it was a forced off day. Libido Has officially tanked, may try daa to see if it can boost it back up. Slight headaches mainly right before bed and first thing in the morning, they have spiked a bit since starting 20 mg. If its anything like the previous headaches they should drop off by ~day 4 of 20mg which would be tomorrow. Appetite has been through the roof and diet has been pretty clean this week. No chance to weigh in today but will have a full update tomorrow with weight and workout details. Can't wait to go in and see what shoulders is at now!!
 
Ok, so I can officially say that being "on" has fully set in. The bloat that I get in the upper stomach and the all day pump I get in the arms and chest is insane right now. I have been putting on water the last few days, starting to get a bit too much "flab" in the stomach but it just tells me I have to work my core more tomorrow and really put my body to work these next few days to catch up. I'm very eager for weigh in tomorrow because I can just feel a difference today! Hoping I can keep this bloat under control though or I will have a lot of weight to drop following this cycle, which will be no fun.

Look what showed up while I was at work! Did have a question if any PP reps are following. Would it be more effective if I ran 4 v3 and 4 v2 together until the v2 is gone? Right now I'm dosing the V2 4 upon waking and 4 7-8 hours later. Or should I continue dosing this way and just run the v3 later?

Yea the upper body bloat is kinda sad. But man it makes me feel strong lol. Water weight is great. Being on though. That's the feeling I never want to lose...

2 week progress pics, I definitely see some size difference in my muscles for sure. The last pic isn't very clear and bad lighting but just wanted to show that I haven't gained too much weight in the gut, telling me this is definitely mostly good weight.

Great shoulder workout today capped with abs. Thought I was going to be dragging ass in the gym because I felt a bit lethargic this morning but by my 3rd set I had pushed through it and managed to squeak out a damn good workout. As I suspected yesterday weighed in today 2 lbs heavier at just over 178. That is a total gain of about 10 lbs not even done with week 2 yet. Details:

Shoulder press

Shrugs (Felt amazing just kept on adding weight!)

Very pleased so far with this cycle, sides have been manageable. Picked up a bit of acne on chest and back but not too much. Random headaches that usually diminish when I pop a few cycle assist caps. This is 5 lbs heavier then my previous high in the weigh ins too which is incredible for me. I am now 3 lbs over my goal I set as a mere 143 lbs almost 2 years ago! I also may try to weasel up a pic with no shirt on from that weight just to give a few people a good laugh and maybe a better picture of how far I think I've come!
 
It is a nice pill carrier. Funny I've never had one I just go into work with 20 different supplements/vitamins/staples in my pocket and have to try to guess with my fingers when pulling them out because I'm affraid someone may catch on to whats going on. I tend to just give them the ole its just my bcaa's, fish oil and vitamins! :sly:

Btw wanted to note that a buddy at work said something funny to me yesterday. He is the one person I have told at work that I run ph's, he said dude I want to have fing muscles like that! Then he said what will happen if I took those but didn't work out, I laughed it off and said you get fat as hell! My chest and shoulders have popped out big time same thing I noticed on HDrol and its been difficult hiding the quick gains as most my work clothes don't fit anymore lol! My girl works at the same plant and keeps saying is that my work shirt you have on! Love this feeling... As a good dude Mattrag said wish I could have this feeling year round!

I will say from my previous runs, I think the grapefruit extract in the Andro caps has a tendency to cause extra bloat when you take in extra fats in your diet. I had to quit drinking milk and ate as lean of beef as possible which helped some.
A probiotic may help some too.
Good progress my man.
 
Thanks guys! The encouragement really helps! Will have to cut back on the milk as I drink quite a bit every day, maybe see if that helps.

Wow that's is interesting. I am getting bloat. But I figured it was just cause I was on mdrol. I normally have a higher fat diet. 80-100gs a day. May have to cut back?


Anyway, good progress man? Still looking lean and ok the way to getting huge!
Let's bring in 2012 with huge results.
