LiveToLift will be joining the ranks of the gods (Mdrol/Andromass cycle)

Taking an oral steroid with fats should increase absorption. But if its impossible to take it with food cuz of your workout schedule, at least take it with natural peanut butter and/or fish oild. And maybe split the doses so 10mg preworkout and 10 later.

Yea I've been taking it along with fish oils and peanut butter together. I'm only taking 10 mg for the first week, maybe even second week depending on how the gains/sides persist. Thanks flex as always you have answers haha!
 
i would def keep the hawberry doses up there, and drink lots of water. i dont think its was the mdrol that was making you sick but i could be wrong. i like to take my supp with food too cause i usually take a vitamin at the same time which makes me sick as **** on a empty stomach. hopefully your in the clear now.
You know thats a very good point I did take it with a multi and also the purps from the AM could very well have been the reason my stomach got upset. I'll tell ya what those purps the first and second day were disgusting. I'm still having them but they are not nearly as bad, almost like I'm just used to them now lol

I doubt it matters but I would try and take it before the food, so the food can lay on top of it. I don't know if you read anything about Ursobolic (not a PH I know) but people who swallowed it after their food were getting "smoke burps" because the powder would lay on top of the food after the cap dissolved lol...kind of wasting it I guess.

Wow man this is weird, just about a month ago I started taking BCAA capsules bc I couldn't stand the powder taste and I started getting these "smoke burps" looked as if I had swallowed a hit of a cig. Will remember this in the future!
 
Sure do love christmas at the ma's, have had enough protein and carbs in the last 3 hours to calm down the cycle hungers for a bit. Can't beat the to go bag that I have for later either! Hope everyone got to enjoy as good of a xmas meal as I did! Love the holidays!
 
Will say, dammmnnn it feels great to get back in the gym today! Went in for a good chest/tri crush topped with an ab burn at the conclusion. I realize Mdrol is a very wet compound but one thing I slacked on while running Hdrol was keeping my mid-section in check, I refuse to make that mistake again! Energy was great, focus was good, strength was about normal. Weight was at 171.6 still 3 lbs up from the start. The pump was amazing, just being less then a week in I was very surprised to all ready notice filling out of the tris and chest. Started with a good solid chest workout, but I think I over killed it because by the time I got to tris muscles were shutting down. Details:

Tris were suffering terribly today, not used to that at all. Seems after I killed the fly's my arms felt as if they had just buckled up on me. A bit discouraging. Did start to notice some lower back pain near the end of the workout that is still persisting now, just popped some more taurine to make sure I keep pumps down. Back and bis tomorrow and I'm already ready to crush the gym again tomorrow!
 
I used to have that problem, but with bis/tri day. All my energy would be used up after finishing with bis. So going bi workout then tri workout, you can get more even energy throughout both muscle groups with a rest switching back and forth.

Yea I've also tried that but felt that i would not get enough emphasis on one or the other so it seemed as if I was just treading water rather then getting stronger, just a little weird that this has never happened to me in a year and a half of doing it. Like i said I think I was just overly excited about being "on" again and burned out my muscles.
 
Yeah its different with chest and tri, I don't like them on the same day for that same reason. I do arms instead...

Welcome bro! Yea the lethargy has been off and on but nothing that isn't manageable yet. Wont let it stop me thats for sure.
 
Amazing workout today! Went in for back/bis but had such a good back day today that I couldn't even think about doing anything else. Funny when I got to the gym I didn't feel too "on" but by the time I got done with the first 3 sets I felt strong as hell and the pump was incredible. Weight was also jacked up to 173.5 today, a total of 5 lbs already! Details:

Can't believe the energy I had today, I honestly could have done biceps after this workout but was already over an hour and didn't want to completely wear myself out. No sides today so far and feeling is amazing.
 
One side note! Does anyone following know what could be causing itching as a side effect? For some reason when I get in the gym I have an urge to itch my face neck and chest and normally don't have this problem. It is really annoying!

Yea man! Had the headaches at the beginning but like I said I believe my body was just getting used to the compound and I upped my hawthorn and boom they aren't very bad any more. Minor pumps I think yesterday but not long and taurine seemed to help. The workout was amazing and I had that king feeling in the gym that I die for! Cant wait for shoulder day man, that is always my favorite day.

Do you take a pre? Sounds like mild niacin flushing.
Could be your body had a vitamin deficiency or the sdrol is using more nutrients and the preworkout is slamming your body with it. Kinda like how beta alanin makes us feel when we first start taking it to when we get used to it. Just your body is depleting it at a faster rate making you more susceptible to those type of sides.
 
No preworkout at all man, try not to take in any caffeine when "on". Maybe a cup of coffee here and there but that's it.

This is very likely.
Especially if all your taking pre gym is water or a small cup of coffee.

Think I will just see if it keeps being an issue, it by no means irritates me to the point of throwing another pill into the mix, just thought it was odd that its all of a sudden happening. Didn't know if there was something in the compounds that is known to cause these effects. Thanks guys will keep it in mind.

Hell ya man, not even out of the starting gate so to speak and already showing good results. This is gonna be one hell of a cycle. I'm thinking if this continues I may be one of those 20 lb gainers! especially being that I'm running the AM for about 7-8 weeks. We'll see though, I'm just glad to be at my heaviest point ever right now!
 
A little update, just got confirmation that my purchase of V3 went through this morning and should have it withing 2-6 days. Pretty excited to use this product during the final few weeks, it should compliment this cycle greatly. Leg day.... Actually had very high energy today, was on a time restriction but still plowed through a hell of a workout. Strength wasn't up but quantity was through the roof. Even though my hams were feeling rough I was able to keep on going. Details:

Already sore and I was very happy with today's workout, thought since time was an issue it would be a sh!tty day in the gym but I got a boost to kill it and get out. Starting to think the itching is from blood pressure, not sure how that would make any sense but its usually right after I crush my heaviest sets and its usually accompanied with heat. I know what Mattrag said about niacin makes sense being that I had niacin flushes when I was a teen trying to clean out for test's...... but I dont think any product I'm using has niacin besides my multi which isnt a very high dose.

I'm pretty sure if you eat enough you will hit 20lbs.

Well I'll take it! If I put on those numbers and wait a month or two and do a cut I'm sure I'll have some pretty shredded results. Goal is to gain weight here but need to make sure a good portion is "valuable" weight.

When I was taking V2 I was itching a lot too. Got really irritating lol. Hopefully it goes away.

WOW......All that can explain what you are about to hear.
 
First off let me say Flex you know what the hell you are talking about when you give advice, this cycle was exactly what was meant for someone with my body type/weight etc. Weighed in today at 174.5 a total gain of 6 lbs in the first week, not too mention the strength and energy today were literally second to none. The pump was also incredible, I literally felt that at times my veins and muscles were going to pop out of my skin. If there was any doubt that this was gonna work for me then it was completely crushed today. Shoulders were on the agenda and killing them was exactly what I was going for with no other goal in mind. This was an incredible workout, I'm thinking I may put the jump to 20mg on hold. I feel as if this stuff really kicked in today and it would be almost pointless to rush anything. Not sure though all I know is holy fack this was the best I've felt in the gym in months. Was so tempted to throw up some progress pics just because I honestly feel so big today. Had that feeling in the gym where you feel as if your the strongest pound for pound in the entire gym. Flex very nicely done on the organization of this cycle I owe ya man!
 
On a side note, the itching was out of control today at the gym. Very odd it was after every heavy set it would start attacking my back sides neck and beard area. Rodja I believe I may take you up on that advice, what is the compound you are suggesting? I will google what you said on here to see what you are talking about. I guess the better question is, can you find it in any stores vitamin aisle or do you have to order online?

Def keep it at 10mg man, if you're seeing gains like that with 10 no need to double it and increase the sides just yet. When the gains start slowing jump to 20.
Also the liquavade is allowing for better absorption of that mdrol.

Hell ya good advice man, I was thinking the same thing my idea was if it stays going so well I may just run 10/10/20/20 instead of 10/20/20. Didn't want to push it past 3 weeks but the sides are so minimal and the gains are insane so far so I think it would be safe to push that last week. Thanks again man even if you only feel this a few months a year this is incredible and so worth while.

Yea not prone to em but who knows, if my strength is gonna be this good then Ill take a few if I get em.
 
lol thats cool i used to not them, well i only have them on in my armpits and inner thighs. when i had only one i didnt like it but now i have two kinda big ones. they look symetrical so i kinda dig it lol keep up the big lifts bro

I got them all over my back a couple years ago, never went away :(
Have some on the outer pecs too. All good though.

I'm in that lottery contest for the test pro which would give me a strong AI and I have nolva and formula X on hand, was thinking about getting titanium and division to top it off. Or I could go with what I did last time and that was RV2 nolva, PCT assist and creatine.... That brought me out of it withing 2 weeks.
 
Thanks to SRT4Muscle I decided to cram a bicep/tricep day today. May I say damn that pump is amazing, strength was good but really concentrated on substance and reps. Energy was great and no sides to speak of, the itching wasn't even bad today. One thing that I might add is that I skipped my taurine and didn't experience this side effect hmmmm.... Details:

Weight was up another lb. today, total of 7 lbs so far, diet has been insane. I'm taking in carbs like a facking mad man. If I literally listed the amount of food I've been consuming it would blow your mind, for my weight any way. Yet I still wake up in the A.M. with my stomach tight and can barely pinch any fat. Keep it coming!
