Liver support: the black spot on my supplement list

Ok I like to do Jiu jitsu and lift and with such I take protein and a fat burner and occasionally a preworkout. I'm also in college... At lsu... And we drink occasionally down here. Should I take a liver support. What are some of the benefits? And if I should what should I look for, and are there any particularly good ones?

Do you need one? Ehhhh probably not life or death. But with all the environmental toxins, the strain of alcohol on the liver, and all the other things your liver processes, it could use a hand. Its probably a good idea to have one as a staple. At least in my opinion. I would check out Liver XT. Its got all your bases covered. If its too pricey for you, check out NAC. It will help you out and you should be able to find some basic stuff for cheaper.

Nac has many anti-oxidant benefits aside from liver health that may be worth a look; I use it all year round. And you drink, "occasionally" at lsu? haha
