Ha thanks man. I used to superset all three of bicep exercises, but I read up and found that people get real results on higher reps for biceps, which I'm messing around with now and it seems to be workingNice workout them 21s always get me
It was good in and out work, but I feel like biceps need more TUT than other body partsNice a Triset. It's been a while since I used those
