Yeah I'm on that keto diet so I'm drying out. Strength is still all there as well and getting stronger so muscle is being maintained well IMO

Keto is the best way to cut IMO.

Quickest and the deadliest to fat.
 
Any reason for the cut?
 
I'm looking to get to 8-10%bf for a photoshoot next month :) and also because than when I bulk I will have better insulin sensitivity. About 11% now.

Oh nice. Photo shoot in December? Lol
 
It has been treating me pretty well so far, like the t2 and rise and swell for sure. Haven't given the preworkout a try yet

That's my secret... I don't take a preworkout lol. Yeah, I'm slowly adding each of the supps in so I know if I start getting a bad reaction which one it is. I will use the wyked on Friday for the first time. So fat using t2 and rise/swell

Wyked 2.1 is some awesome stuff. I am going to post up a more in depth review video soon!

I don't know it seems there is always studies supporting every idea but I will say you saw my arm workout with supersets this weeks. DOMS city today. I know they say that means nothing for muscle growth but at least i know Ive torn them down.

True enough. But I get heavy work for biceps indirectly from my other exercises like deadlifting. I found the best growth comes from barbell hack squats and I didn't even get DOMS in my arms from those. Everyone is different tho. And starting wyked tomorrow.

Yeah, gentlemen seems like my cycle plans with tren are not going to happen, so scrapping the whole idea and up for suggestions for my next cycle. Not looking to inject at moment, even if I want to just not in my books because of situations. So oral or derma application and it doesn't matter if it is legal or not. I'm going for a recomp/lean bulk, so let's hear those suggestions! :D

Well finally open the tub of wyked and found that it was clumpy and hard.. It was sale easy previously opened so I'm guessing moisture got inside while shipping down to Florida. No harm no foul.
 
Freeze and then recrush. Become a nice powder again
