I figured I would post these so you can see the labels

It looks like Forskolin-95 and alcar would stack quite well with this.
 
I've used alcar but I've never used forskolin before. I heard great things though from guys who have ran it.

I've yet to run it myself. I have to wait a couple months before I can justify another supps purchase to the wifey ;)
 
Ok I actually decided to split my leg day up into two separate days. I've never done this before. So today's workout was

These felt really good. I'm moving up in weight quite well on these.

Besides the great energy, one thing that I'm noticing with Diablo is the appetite suppression! Very good, I passed lunch right up and had to force myself to eat my post w/o meal, crazy!

Back was pumped as hell, I normally don't just do a set of something and then jump to the next but I just wanted to keep doing different exercises plus it was fun! Nothing new to report, it's still the smoothest energy I ever had from a pre w/o or powdered thermo. Love this stuff!
 
I do want to add that the appetite suppression is really good, sometimes I have to force myself to eat.

Today was chest. Diablo is great! Hell of a product! Not sure how much longer this log will last cause my wife keeps stealing it. Not to worry though, we are buying some on the planet so you have a customer for life, especially my wife! She can't wait for the new flavors to come out. Just a little background, my wife doesn't workout at all. She just wants to lose weight so we adjusted her diet and added Diablo and she is dropping weight really fast! She loves this stuff, she actually took a serving to a girl she works with and now she loves it too and going to be buying some if she hasn't already! So thanks again for picking me to log it cause you just got three more customers for sure if not more cause my wife tells everyone about it! Plus before this run with Diablo, she hated supplements. She would always say, why do you take that stuff do you really think it does anything. Now she's hooked!

No problem man! All I said was this stuff tastes delicious and she was like you always make me try stuff and it never tastes that great. Well she tried it, end of story.

Stand over a bench squat down like your sitting down and once your butt touches the bench go right back up, no sitting or resting.

A great workout with the Diablo today! I was tired as hell this morning cause one of my boys woke up in the middle of the night but have no fear Diablo is here :) It woke me up nicely for that stellar workout. It's kind of sad but this will definitely be last last week for the Diablo.

Sucks but today is my last day cause my wife took the other two scoops this morning. I do want to say that my wife looked great before but damn, Diablo really has helped her lose some weight. She has lost between 5-10 lbs and that's a lot for her cause she really just wanted to lose a little and tone up. Which she has, you can see all the lines in her abs now. Bravo ANS!
