To be fair, you did warn her she was in trouble.Ok so we all know my test is turned up to 11 right? Well the whole way to the gym I'm telling the wife how she is "in trouble" when we get home later if you know what I mean. So we get to the gym, do some squats, I'm enjoying the view. All is good. We move to leg extensions. She picks up her phone to answer a call from work and *boom!* I "punt" her with the metal side of the shin pad right in her baby maker! She drops, writhing in pain. I help her to the locker room. She's in there a good 5 minutes. The metal edge hit her so hard just to the right of her lady parts that it broke skin AND gave her a bruise lol. I don't think I'll be getting any till that heals a bit hahaha

Good stuff bro, I'll be waiting to see that 315x5 video tomorrowSorry for the lack of updates, tomorrow is Day 30 of PCT and I'll be closing it out at bench competition. Nothing serious, it's all for fun and the money involved is going to charity. The wife and I are doing rep contents. Me at 225 and her at 55 and then I'm going to attempt 315 for a 1RM again. Either way it'll be a good time.
Lifts are staying pretty strong. Foot feels like it's healing slowly but surely. Libido is up, hair is staying on my head, aside from a little more body fat than I'm used to carrying around life is good.
Thanks again to BPS for the Sustain Alpha to run in PCT and The Solution for the Scivation goodies. I'll be sure to add Xtend Perform to my mega workout cocktail tomorrow, still nervous to go after 315 on bench. It's been a while.

My old lifting partner would always say, "get this weight. Don't be alittle bitch!!!" Whenever I'd go for a 1RM, very inspiring!No way bro just gotta aim high , yell out lightweight as you lift off , guarantee it'll add the extra reps haha
Yeah my partner sucks for that lol last time I was yelling at him to yell at me lmao and one of the gym trainers was walking by and yelled something at me and I was like **** YEAH! And got it haha, on another note, I thought I got the mail yesterday but apparently I got it too early cuz just now (7 am) I went back and found my alpha sustain in there !
