Those hollywood guys got it made. Best trainers and dieticians, pretty much hours and hours to workout.
Workout was back destruction. Threw in lots of rear delt moves too since I'm tired of having the shoulders of a girly-man!
Cable lat pull overs on incline bench supersetted with wide grip lat pull down. 55/100x12 65/125x10 for 3 sets, 60/120x12 for final set.
Bent over barbell rows 135x12 2 sets. 145x10 2 sets 165x10 final.
Bent over one hander rear delt flies leaning on incline bench 25x12x3 with 30x10 final set
Hammer strength machine rows wide overhand grip supersetted with face down incline bench narrow/neutral grip dumbell rows.
90/90x12x4 sets.
Side lying dumbell abductions. 20 pound dbx10 each arm x 3 sets.
Standing dumbell upright row variation 25 pound each hand 3 sets of 12.
Rear delt fly machine (reverse pec deck) drop sets of 10-12 starting at 135 down to 105.
30 minutes step mill. 15 minutes stationary bike and then my evil wife sent me 250 calories over my goal with a delicious smores bar before bed. Women! If she's going to do that she should at least have screw my brains out after to burn off those extra calories.

Sadly she works a 12 on Mondays so that was not the case.
chest today, will try to get a good pump picture since the Epicurus + Max Reps should have those muscles engorged to the tits (pun intended) with blood flow.
