Greetings from NY boys, posting post anniversary binge fest update pics.

Rest days yesterday and today but Friday went hard on squats, 135 wu 185 wu 205x12 225x12 275x5. 450x12 leg press for 3 sets, 8 sets of 12 on 100# leg extensions. Didn't get to work hack squats in cause we were pressed for time and the nerve-tumor in my foot is still holding me back from calf raises which blows but the workout felt really good.

Yesterday was on my feet nearly all day at a fund raiser on a golf course. Carrying bags of ice, hanging decorations, all kinds of ****. Diet has sucked all weekend but honestly I'll let it slide.

Really feel like Epicurus is kicking in, if I take a longer than 1 minute break between sets I feel like I can add 20 pounds on the bar lol it's an insane speed up to my recovery time. Usually when doing heavy sets it's a 2-5 minute break and on Epicurus it's like I said 1 minute and I'm gtg.

Spent all day after my workout watching Man of Steel and Batman V Superman.

Those hollywood guys got it made. Best trainers and dieticians, pretty much hours and hours to workout.

Workout was back destruction. Threw in lots of rear delt moves too since I'm tired of having the shoulders of a girly-man!

Cable lat pull overs on incline bench supersetted with wide grip lat pull down. 55/100x12 65/125x10 for 3 sets, 60/120x12 for final set.

Bent over barbell rows 135x12 2 sets. 145x10 2 sets 165x10 final.

Bent over one hander rear delt flies leaning on incline bench 25x12x3 with 30x10 final set

Hammer strength machine rows wide overhand grip supersetted with face down incline bench narrow/neutral grip dumbell rows.
90/90x12x4 sets.

Side lying dumbell abductions. 20 pound dbx10 each arm x 3 sets.

Standing dumbell upright row variation 25 pound each hand 3 sets of 12.

Rear delt fly machine (reverse pec deck) drop sets of 10-12 starting at 135 down to 105.

30 minutes step mill. 15 minutes stationary bike and then my evil wife sent me 250 calories over my goal with a delicious smores bar before bed. Women! If she's going to do that she should at least have screw my brains out after to burn off those extra calories.
Sadly she works a 12 on Mondays so that was not the case.

chest today, will try to get a good pump picture since the Epicurus + Max Reps should have those muscles engorged to the tits (pun intended) with blood flow.
 
Carbs before bed = better sleep

At the moment the pain is very dull, I wanted to give it a week or so before I see about doing another injection. I think it may be actually getting better.

My cardio shoes and street shoes both have plantar inserts in them now. So, we shall see.

Im good bro. Just busy. For the next 2 weeks Im working 48 hours on and 24 off. Gluten for punishment I guess. But it is what it is. Workouts have been really good, just cant seem to get over my shoulder completely. Strength is up, mass is up a bit, but to be completely honest, Im looking forward to a serious cut. I need 20lbs off of me something bad. Thats why I said what I said on your log the other day, your taper is sick! Thats what I want. So, cut it is. How was NY?
 
It was good, we went to my favorite restaurant, I got 3/4 of a cow for dinner lol. Had some chocolate and popcorn at movies, we saw Bad Moms it was pretty funny. Also the wife and I did jello and pudding shots off each other at the hotel for "cardio" lmao

nice trip but I ate like **** all weekend. As for your shoulder have you have you found anyone to do ART on it yet?

No, I honestly haven't looked, and to add to that, my insurance bites. But( no promo) I ordered some more Androcrine, and it really did take a lot of the pain out and increase mobility. Its my own fault, Im hard headed and dont know when to quit. Im gonna send you a PM on something I found, I think may interest you.

Last night was hamstrings but my wife may have killed it more than me. She did 205 sumo deadlift for a 1RM. She cat backed a little but no hitch or anything so we're counting it :D

I got my new belt in the mail and was super psyched to try it out. It's really stiff yet but I've tried out someone's that was broken in and it felt great. Even being brand new mine isn't bad.

Traditional style reads: wu 135x12 then 225 for 8, 315 for 5x2 then 345 for 3. I'm so hit or miss with reads sometime I can pull 405 like a champ other times my form goes to **** on 365 and I have to bail. Probably because I have scoliosis, have to go entirely by how my back feels that day.

Did 3 sets lying leg curls 100# by 12.

Then leg press 510x12x3, 540x12, then single legs with...I can't remember exactly lol maybe 140x12x2 each leg.

Can't do calf raises yet. Goddamn do I miss em.

Do it brudda!! Nothing wrong with any of that! Form seems good from the pictures. I know you miss calf raises, but you know as well as I do waiting is going to better than a re injury. You're still strong, and you look it. As far as the wifey goes, nice!!! Imaginary hi 5's all around!
 
So Saturday was legs, first time back squatting in about a month, went well. Started at 135 warm up and then jumped to 185 and added 10# per set until I got up to 235 for 10? I think, either 10-12 I just remember yelling along to Katy Perry's 'Firework' as I repped lol (it was playing in the background of the gym, don't judge me.

Did some hammy isolation work the rest of the workout.

The foot issue I'm having is a Morton's Neuroma which is latin for "this injury blows," but I'm dealing with it. Doctor mentioned some corticosteroid injections and I immediately offered for him to pin my glutes (kidding) he said they weren't that kind of steroids.

This will be day 4 on Epicurus and I'm hitting it hard AF both the weights and the newly added cardio. Still taking Combustion in the mornings as well.

So hitting back after work. Ate like **** yesterday so going to have to work off all them junk carbs.

Pizza, ice cream, sour patch kids, total cheat fest.

Yet, somehow I woke up looking like this, didn't weigh in though.

Lol it is THE WORST, little ghetto duplex my wife's parents gave us to live in until we save up enough money to move into a nice house in a nice 'hood. To their defense when they bought it the neighborhood was all Polish folks (my wife is an immigrant, came here when she was 12). It turned ghetto over the last 2 decades.

Lol right now we pay nothing just cover utilities and taxes. Both of us should be getting decent raises really soon though too.

95# warm up, 135x12, 145x12, 155x10, 155x8

Lateral raises/face down incline bench reverse flies super set:
30# EHx12/30#EHx10, 25# both exercises x12x2, 20#both exercisesx15

Face pull standard/face pull high superset:
Standard was 75x12x3
High was 50x12x3

Bent over dumbbell reverse flies superset with reverse Pec Dec:
25#x12/120x12, 20#12x125x12, 20#x12/135x10

Iso shoulder press:
140x12x3.

Upright row with under hand dumbbell front raises:
30#+ez curl barx12x3/25# dumbbell EH x12x3

And 30 hellish minutes on stepmill!

No PRs attempted but I did get one hell of a shoulder pump!
 
PS TheSolution is terrible for my self esteem, he told me yesterday how my foot injury makes me walk like I have a stick up my ass lmao, given the pain I've been in since March is it wrong I'd rather take the stick than the Neuroma?FML
