Today's Leg workout is getting done without the boot! Will have to wait till next week to start doing squats and dead lifts again but it's a start.

Kind of the only good thing going on at the moment. Have a ****ty go of things in personal life but trying to stay strong. Will try to update with workout info later.

As you can see, from larvae to end result , it looks very similar. Story of my life, damn.
