Really happy with today's training. Not bad for just training chest lightly on Friday. My focus was pretty good tonight, that is something I haven't really talked about yet. I am able to slow down my brain and really focus on form, and what I'm doing to get that mind muscle connection. Endurance and intra set recovery were on point like always with this stack. Now a little on the Divamax. I got my test checked about a month ago and it was 350. My biggest symptom of that is my motivation. The only things that motivate me are my kids and lifting. So I have been waiting to see what it will do for me. This is preliminary but I did start cleaning my basement up of my own accord which is unlikely for me. I do work a lot so I'm not just lazy, about 48 hours a week sometimes 60. Libido is good not great, but I will continue to look for other signs. I am in a good mood more I think as well. Anyway, again good training tonight. I am doing a little bench specialization program within 531 as it is my worst lift so I have some rep goals for things and some different stuff going on. better mood is one of the signs divamax is working....a sense of well being should be noticed soon also. to me when i feel good, it motivates me to get more things done, i hope it does for you too.

Was going to do good mornings but when bar was on my back I just started squatting more.

Epic squat day for me. Squat PR for third week in a row. Is it a coincidence I've been on the BioCor stack for almost that? I can absolutely positively say that a month ago I was on the floor in a sweaty heap after the BBB set and tonight I was eating sets for lunch. I didn't even sit down until the last BBB set. I even managed that set of 10 at the end. Unreal performance, endurance, and intra set recovery. I honestly underestimated this stack when I won the opportunity to log, I am a big believer that this stuff works, period.

As discussed in another biocor log, divamax and agmatine can be stacked for good sleep. I tried it two nights ago, and it didn't work that well bur only because sleep interruption from the kids, I'm on nightshift currently. Then on night 2 of doing it I was out like a light till morning. I got 8+ hours both nights. So it worked so well I am going to continue dosing 500 mg. Agamatine and my third divamax right before bed for the remainder of the log.

Last night I took only the stack stuff preworkout nothing else so I could touch base with the BioCor products.

500 mg Agmatine
3g. Citrulline
5g. Creatine
Went down easily in water, taste was not an issue. I had good drive, focus, a little vascularity, and some extra umph to get my main lifts done. Did not think I would get my working set up but I did. After every set I had pretty immediate recovery.

Another great training session. Wish I would have took a vid on my deadlift top set. Kroc row PR by 5 reps, crazy endurance, its worth noting the past 2x I did kroc rows I got 95x25. Almost a PR on dead lifts, calculated 1rm of 486, my best calculated 1rm is 489. My cable row reps seemed to get easier the more sets I did. Again I am surprised by how well I'm reacting to the BioCor stack.

Well finally nailed down a strict press PR. Came close about 3 times but busted through tonight. Probably could've grinded out another rep. Rest of my press training was kind of rough due to my top set exertion. Its been a long lifting week for me and I'm glad its over. Got a lot of PR's this week. Even came close to a deadlift PR. I am responding super well to this BioCor stack. I might have had 1 or 2 pr's a week, before this. My recovery and performance are off the charts. I truly thank the reps and BioCor for the opportunity.

Libido is pretty good lately. Motivation is better than average I'd say. Mood is good, life with the stack is good. Still have lots of citrulline and creatine. Agmatine and DivaMAX dwindling down. Looking forward to overhead pressing tomorrow.

Well I've been taking citrulline via Xtend for quite awhile, creatine as long as I've been lifting, and agmatine via some preworkouts. So in a roundabout way I've been using these products for a long time. Now since I am dosing these in bulk form, I've honestly been getting fantastic results. The DivaMAX I'm a little on the fence about. Not sure if its contributing or not, kind of subjective. I think I am getting a little something out of it. I think a big vitamin D dose and some daa along with DivaMAX could be amazing. I am low average test so I'm scraping the bottle of the barrel so to speak and there isn't much for the DivaMAX to work with.

Yes, I would take this stack long term, with some beta alanine to boot.

look into formestane...i used a td formestane product along with a divanill product when my doc temporarilly took me off trt, bloods showed substantial increase in total and free test...but most importantly i felt vastly better!!!

i don't think you are getting full effects of the divamax, it sometimes takes people up to 3 weeks for it to really be felt!!!

Yeah, for sure, both of those are true - formestane is definitely a nice mood boosting AI, and it does take time for the SHBG effects to hit maximum. Definitely adding in some DAA could feel good too.

Well, brutal day. Had to deadlift today instead of squat. Since it hasn't been a week since my last dead day weights were super heavy. Also, I changed the wheels on my car yesterday, as well as doing some conditioning and I think that really fatigued me. Ended up only pulling 5 on top set. I had planned on doing joker sets but I have to listen to my body, just wasn't in the cards. You should slowly ease into things anyway.
Sumos pulled over under. All conventional deads pulled DOH. Straps only used for top set.

Well recovery post deadlift was real good. Hams are sore now, two days later. I've been getting solid deep sleep lately. .5g Agmatine and DivaMAX before bed does a great job making sleep more restful.

you are getting some nice workouts in, if diet is anywhere near decent you should be getting some good results.
 
My diet is at least 235 protein, its what I weigh, about 106 fat, and the rest of calories in carbs. Usually oats and sweet potato. Calories are around 3100. Got a good 9.5 hours of sleep last night. Squat day today!
