I am not a Christian, nor have I ever claimed to be.

I do, however, have a problem with people who claim one thing then not only live like a hypocrite, but encourage other to commit sins (as defined by the holy book.)

Still you have not showed me one place where I DSM have used the word LORD!!!! on this web site. I think you need to check this thread . Someone else has Bible quotes under there name but not me!!!! You should be man enough to apologize to me, for you personal attack on my Faith. Like I said show me using Lord in something I wrote.

However, by your reaction, it is clear that you DO consider yourself a Christian.

Your attitude is repulsive, and you show a complete lack of respect for anything remotely holy.

Even still, you are encouraging others to sin..so read your own book and come to your own conclusions of what fate awaits those that sabotage another person's soul.

I guess what bothers me the most is that your attempt to make yourself feel better about betraying what, I would assume by your typical attitude, to be your complete belief system all the way down to your ultimate purpose for existence, is based upon the "everyone else is doing it, or has done it".

You know what? There are some people out here that haven't defiled themselves by using and lying to people, being a low-class "playah", and who haven't engaged in one night stands/casual promiscuous sex. And no, I am not gay (which is the second refuge excuse of the banal idiot).

But again, even if I leave you alone in your beliefs, you are the one opening your mouth, encouraging an impressionable young guy to FOLLOW in your footsteps, and egging him on.
 
DJ just do what your going to do man. We can only give you so much advice, which by the looks of things, is pretty diverse in the decisions. In the end you know that we're all of one opinion or the other. Maybe we can help, maybe we can't. In the end it doesn't really matter. You have to read, watch, and absorb, and at the end of it all do what YOU WANT TO DO. Make yourself.

I am catholic... but not your average practicing one. And NO ONE can try to tell me my belief system is wrong. No matter what I say, It is not your place to tell me I am wrong. It can bother you all you want. Or beleive that my writing/opinion is sinful. That one is YOUR opinion.

Technically, a preist could tell you if your actions/writings are sinful & it would be more than simply an opinion. They are, after all, the interpreters of the Bible. If you wan't to get to the source, the Bible will tell you if your actions are truly sinful.

Then again, look at some of our priests' actions. Who are they to tell us anything if they can't set the example?

For a classic practicing catholic I agrre with you. But if you do not believe they are the interpreters, why would I listen to a thing they say? I also dont believe in the bible. It is Hearsay, and way to may conflicting ideas in it. I have some of the basic beliefs, but am not your classic catholic. Do I believe some of the classic stories... yes. But I do not believe my thoughts/attitude has any bearing on me whatsoever. But again, (And this part isnt directed at you), someone is judging a persons RELIGON on **** he writes on a board, which is pretty damn incongruous.

Number 1, Catholics DO NOT believe in birth control. Where did I say ANYTHING about Lying, Stealing, Killing, Child Sacrifice, Anal Fisting, OR disbelieving in God. I just dont believe in your God. Before the thread closes, if that ever happens, I just want to say thanks for all the advices, the encouragements, the tips and tricks of the trade, and all that good stuff. When the talk turned into morals and beliefs, a light went off in my head. You know, I was born and raised Catholic. Church every week, prayer every night. I can't possibly be with anybody that I don't truly love but I can't fall in love without getting to know someone for months until I can judge whether or not they are The One. I guess I'm just too selective. I can't help it though, I want The One!!
