This is my plan so far. I'm thinking of running ultradrol at 12mg for the first 4 weeks. The following supps are pretty etched

Dcp 6 caps daily throughout.
R-ala 600mg per day on carb days
Cla 3gms per day throughout.
Licogenix 6 caps per day throughout.
Diet will be low carb Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Higher carb on the other days which are weight training days. Hiit in 11 minute increments on lifting days and some non lifting. Some steady state as well. Lifting will be superset on an interval timer using opposing bodyparts in most cases.
Bench press/bb row 10-12 rep rangeX4 super sets with 30 seconds rest between each movement
Squat/chins as above
Shoulder movement/ Ab Movement as above
Bi's/Tri's as above but with only 3 supersets.
Finish with 20 mins steady state
Doing this workout mon wed fri. HIIT on other days
What do ya'll think? Overall volume looks good to me and the pace will be punishing. Should recomp like a mofo
