Felt good tonight, the only down side, is my BI's are wrecked! I really felt the DOMS in the arnolds and the MP tonight, but I uped a few to 5lbs and so it was good.

Next week Im going to up the shrugs 10lbs each Im sure I'll have to lower the reps hopefully not to much, pSarm is dwindling lol, I should have about 2 more weeks left, Ill have to see..

Im pooped so notes will not be long, did not due an update last night due to crashing out!, legs felt strong today I did a few things out of order for example I did the leg curls last, by the time I hit those my legs were toast!, gym was full and just had to wait on people. Next week Im back on nights, so I'll be back to normal routine!:)
 
Day 29/30 will be rest days i.e Sat/Sun

Dosage will be same, but AS will go down to a 1/2 scoop

I felt explosive tonight! Had one hell of a pump going on, So big, it about took out BeBig tonight! hahahahaha. Moved up a few numbers, and reps so that’s a major bonus for me. I stated I felt a little dizzy, on the last set of tri's/kick back's" it hit me only about 1-2 secs, Now I had a huge pump going, and major jittery feeling. I went up to 1.5 scoops on the AS, but I dropped in dose of the pSarm to 5, thought that would balance it out..so I’m really not sure. But I could really tell that the extra half scoop really made a huge difference tonight, Cables I felt I dominated tonight, looked in the mirror, nothing but viens everywhere, thought one was going to pop in the neck it got so big! I'll be keeping the AS a 1 scoop for the last of this pSarm run, IMO I cant see how people go to 2 scoops on this stuff, Its potent! But everyone is different, over all for my last week of chest on this run, and I thought I did well and I'm happy with it:) and went up in weight also!:approve:
 
Yep it was a good nite. Felt good minus a little shoulder pain on incline. I also went up on bench and decline. I tore up the tris portion of our workout. :bb2:
 
15 lbs is a pretty big jump on cable pushdowns! good job brotha.

Yea I moved up one plate, which threw me into the 140 , It was a slow set, which really burnt me out,it took everythign and I gave everything. Mondays are my best, so i try and run with it..

Tonight I felt super strong, I dont trac PR's, to be honest never heard of them before I came to this site, If I did the weight, cool, I went up, I chalked it up as progress. But I will say I set many PR's tonight, theres just not enough red ink built into the server for me to use!:), Arnolds, MP, Hell everything i did. So I felt beyond good, I did everythign super clean , no slop:) well now im ranting:rant: so this is a sign to stop..

Leg night was out of the question, I woke up yesterday with sharp pains in abs/obliques, threw up all day long, and felt like dawg sh!t, stayed at work for about 2 hours and left. so needless to say diet was garbage , I ate once.. But today I feel 100% better.. so Im going to work it slow today and knock out legs tonight. I have about 2 days left, so this weekend will be the close of the New Year log! and the beginning to a new adventure.:)
 
Seems like everyone here is getting sick, been fighting my cold, sinus headache, hacking a lung for almost a week. Sucks @$$...:damnit1:
 
lets get this sickness out of here!!! is it flu? I know that is going around my college like crazy...

I dont know, some 24 hr bug, I woke up this morning felt 150% better, Maybe something in Texas?? something is going around my family had it last week, so it was only a matter of time before the the tank caught it i.e "LG33" hahahaha..
