with epi its write-up its listed as: not very androgenic, however, there have been many reports where people have lost their hair on it. not the friendliest on hair
 
Day14 Friday.
Did not go to the gym , had the worst headache known to man! Going to the gym just was not happing...

Still took in 6 caps.. :)
 
Im going to post days 15, 16, 17 now which is my rest days , but Monday my gym is closed for MLK day.. I will be doing light stuff around the home and cardio hard for these three days.. Everything else is going really well,

Its been chill man, just Relaxing. I read your log about getting dizzy, Thats strange..... Im going to use the AS starting this week, So What Im going to do, is dose the pSarm early, and use the AS prior to my W/O.

Yea the weird thing is it tended to happen towards the late afternoon/ early evening.. leading me to believe a build up of psarm might have been the reason, almost felt a little like being drunk. There must be a fair amount of psarm in AS, and LG did warn us not to dose psarm to high with it... ahaha silly me!

Good info! ^^^ Strange because pSarms is ment to dose high to get the bennifits, but maybe it was to high. Im going at 1/2 scoop with the AS.. Throw the doseing around also maybe 2/2/2 with the 1/2 scoop, rather then the 3/3

I should also mention this only happened when I dosed 2/2/2 and did not happen when I dosed 1/2/1/1/1. Might have been a case of me dosing to many, to soon.

I know exactly what you mean bro, it did the same to me. its crazy feelin drunk and not knowin why haha
 
6CAPS ws'nt that bad for me I did it for nearly 2weeks and it worked good, stomach pain was'nt any worse i dont beleive

Well today is Day # 18 Which is week # 3, I'll post a Day 18 review tonight also, Just took the tub of AS out of the pantry boys! hahahaha brushed off the webs and its in the gym bag for tonight:) I have about 2 days left in the first bottle of pSarm, So with that, and the bottle I just received last week, I should have about 19 days left on this log. That will put me close to 5 1/2 weeks. More to follow tonight

Felt great tonight, I’m not sure if I want to say it was the AS or not, First day dosing this with the pSarm, but something new was there tonight, that hasn’t been. Not sure if it was after my long rest these last few days or what, but after reading reviews on this stuff, I’m not counting it out just yet. If it was the AS, Then folks better start jumping on it! I felt hyped up going into the gym, and I ran with it. Is it the best tasting stuff? Not really. I had a strange after taste after drinking it, By no means is it bad, just telling it how I felt. But Shiit! You guys think you put a big enough scooper in there? I pulled it out, I was like OH GD!!:) So I used 3/4 of a scoop. Over all I felt great, Weight went up little over a pound, I think I’m starting to equal out as far as gains so its more accurate, really nothing else to report

bro your def. banging them tri's hard!..bro i aint going to knock a tri workout like that,but if you can keep that intensity without a problem(sore a$$ muscles,muscle fatigue,completing your other excercises without getting burnt out.ect!)..then bro why not?..thats one hell of a job your doing there buddy!

Tonight was a strange night, I'll start off with, I only had about 2 1/2 hours of sleep last night. I went to bed about 2:30-2:45am then had to wake back up at 5 am to go into work. I know not good to have lack of sleep but shiit happens. I had to do a shift swap for a day, and of course working nights for so long, my dumb ass couldn’t go to sleep! I felt good most of the day, started dragging ass about 3pm, I was like, no way am I going to the gym! Came home had some steak and chicken, dosed my sarmage, and about an hour later I dosed the AS, My mouth went a little numb, which was kind of weird, 30 mins later I left for the gym amped and ready to go, I'll tell you, this AS stuff is the goods, and this is coming at ya straight, with out any free product Log BS!, I’m really thinking tonight, why LG will not disclose the amount of grams of any of the formulas packed into this tub, and now I know why, he's trying to keep the knock offs out of the picture.

My bi's I'm feeling right now, for only adding 5lbs to the seated bi curls/bb curls and upping some reps on reverse, I felt it!, Towards the end I started feeling the long day, which I'm glad because I was done with my work, I’m rambling now, so I'm going to stop :)

Seriously, im giving the credit to the AS tonight my friend! I have to hands down:) It took alot of strain though tonight, but got it done. will never do it again though on slim to none sleep man.. but i couldnt afford not to go, with the gym being closed this past monday..
