People whine and moan about the government, but at the same time I'm sure there are some people here on welfare and/or unemployment or were at some point in time.


B!tching about the government and the FDA is a very ignorant stance when our entire government is comprised of more than just the FDA and does a lot of things people don't recognize.

Dissent does not equal disloyalty.

Besides, look at all the things that have been done in history, when a leader looked around and said "something must be done about this."

Dissent without substance is what is going on here.

I have yet to see anyone take a proactive stance towards the issue. As I indicated before, if you don't like the laws talk to your local congress man about it, and start a petition. Don't just talk about it, do something about it.

Classifying being critical of one's government in such binary terms as "love it or leave it" is ignorant as well; being a member citizen of any nation-state doesn't mean you willing accept every pretense and decision of the state. In fact, the contemporary Western nation-state was founded on the predicate of doing just the opposite, if you remember.

Criticizing a singular aspect of a particular government is not unpatriotic, in my opinion.

I don't see anyone doing anything constructive occuring from individuals who exhibit dissent.

I don't think that Congress cruises am.com to check for public opinions.

I agree 100%. Leaving the country cause I don't like a certain law or two isn't a very proactive approach now is it? Hell, one of the reasons I stay is cuz I can moan freely.

And it is this type of uncritical, apologetic attitude which has us operating in this contrarian political and economic atmosphere; contrarian insofar as environmental, labour deregulation on one hand, and the overregulation of personal choice matters on the other.

One should not be criticized for exercising their right to opinion and disagreement. At one time, governments were afraid of the people.

And also that ngoes 2 ways if you don't like lookin at people ***** about our govmn't u also don't have to look at the thread go somewhere else. And just b/c people are *****in on here as well doesn't mean they aren't doing something about the fact that the govmn't is taking away our rights bit by bit.
Also what good what it do if there wasn't a thread like this people wouldn't be getting informed about a problem that is going on if we didn't discuss it and just wrote our Congresspeople.
Do you think thata if they get an e-mail or petition signed by 1 or 2 or even 100 or 200 people they're gonna give a rat's ass. They want a majority of people to stand up and say something b4 they will do anything.

Just b/c we vote these people in doesn't mean we have the greatest influence with them. They have corporations that line their pockets and decide for them which way to vote.

There's a serious discussion going on about the FDA seizing certain dietary supps using Gestapo tactics(ripped that line off from someone) and for now apparent reason than they seem to have a gard-on for the BB community. And then I'll tell him there's even pics of a T-rex flying an F-15.
Thanks for the Rep too Reaper! And here's the thing too I am writing a letter about this to my Congressman. However I don't think it's going to do much good, but that's besides the point. I don't think it would do much good to get a petition together b/c we don't all live in the same state or even country and then it would only be good if you could get e-signatures b/c then they'll just think ur falsifying the info. But as Reaper suggested it would be at least an attempt if everyone wrote even a little something to their Representative in their states.

I'm not guaranteeing anything. Writing a letter is the same thing as voting. It may or may not amount to anything. The bottom line is to atleast give it a try first. It is better than nothing.

yeah right. Nothing gets done in this country until you have a strong lobby and enough cash to get your way. You can write letters and emails till your blue in the face. Big pharma or any other lobby who does not like supplements will crush your letters with a simple donation.
 
The FDA has a tough job, for sure but mishandling sports supplements because of some stupid baseball players is the problem. We have complete DSHEA compliance information for ATD and 6-OXO(tm) yet no one ever asked us for that information from the FDA. Holding supplements from one company when the products have been on the market for over 6 years is another problem.

We cooperate with the FDA in every case. Has anyone ever read DSHEA? You couldn't get a more vague and hard to inforce/follow law. Makes me wonder who drafted it anyway? We are decent, honest business people and we will move forward. We can replace ATD with Androsterone and it will be fine. Androsterone would be better in some cases, but ATD is a good, strong, safe and DSHEA legal AI and will be missed if they don't return our goods.

And FYI...I love the US, but I may leave it. Things are just going to get worse here until we go to complete socialism.
 
DSHEA is pretty ambiguous. I agree.

This works in the FDA's favor though, as it allows them more 'leverage'.
 
I don't think it is. I will have to look, but I am not convinced that it is right now. I thought it was in the past, but it's been so long since I've looked into it.
 
It's a shame that you guys are always being sought after when so many companies are out now pushing clones of yester-year with no recourse. Being singled out sucks.

Are you removing it from that product as well, or just swapping the ATD out for Androsterone in the others?

Would the inclusion of the alpha isomer of Androsterone in Methyl 1-D make for a more androgenic product? It seems like it would have the potential to so and would likely deliver better results than the previous/current formula.
 
It would probably give better results than the original I suppose. We used ATD and 6OXO(tm) because we thought that they were MORE DSHEA compliant than Androsterone...who knew. Yeah, androsterone would be an improvement over the standard ATD in Methyl 1-D since it would increase sex drive ten fold. I always suspected ATD reduced sex drive. So, the FDA actually made the product better I suppose...lol

No doubt bro! Adding in androsterone would be a SICK SICK product. ATD always put my libido in the shitter but with the better biovail. of the DHEA ester and our metabolism complex, throw some androsterone in there and wow. A pretty good product with almost nill sides..
