Hi, folks. I've been working at getting in decent shape, really, for the 1st time (or 2nd time!) in my life. I'm 39. I've done pretty well on my own. I've been off the wagon a few times, but not for long. Changed my diet (will always be fighting the urges for junk food), do cardio at least 5 times a week (and weights 2-3 times per week if I can).
I've read some good things about the Leviathan Reloaded / DCP stack that some people have been doing for weight loss, which is my main goal right now. I was 225, went down to about 205, and am now "stuck" around 210. Is this stack something that may help me? If so, how much should I use (and when)? If not, does anyone have any recommendations that may be better?
