Levi Reloaded/DCP for "Newbie"?

Hi, folks. I've been working at getting in decent shape, really, for the 1st time (or 2nd time!) in my life. I'm 39. I've done pretty well on my own. I've been off the wagon a few times, but not for long. Changed my diet (will always be fighting the urges for junk food), do cardio at least 5 times a week (and weights 2-3 times per week if I can).

I've read some good things about the Leviathan Reloaded / DCP stack that some people have been doing for weight loss, which is my main goal right now. I was 225, went down to about 205, and am now "stuck" around 210. Is this stack something that may help me? If so, how much should I use (and when)? If not, does anyone have any recommendations that may be better?

Thanks for taking time to read this!

How long have you been "stuck" and what would you attribute it to?

Have you been restricting your diet for too long, leading to a plateau?

It could work well, But your diet has to be in check before anything will work for you. How tall are you and what is BF%?

I'd say about a month or so. And there are times when I'm stuck working late, so my "quick dinner" choices haven't been the best.

And I'm 6 ft. 1, and the last time I checked several months ago ( I was around 19-20% BF)

You have to get that diet right. It doesn't matter what you take if your diet sucks.

OK, so to lose fat, do I need to cut way down on the calories or come close to my recommended amount?

Thank you for the responses, by the way.

yes, and junk food is a no-no. Healthy and clean food. You don't even have to cut back cals if you eat the right food.
Do a search for I think it's fit n form or something like that also there is a diet tracker that is a part of this website use it. Good Luck.

I work a shift schedule so I know how hard it is to eat right when you are limited in your choices. I have learned to love canned tuna and salmon and good snacks like carrots, celery, peppers, and fruits. I put some in ziploc bags a few hours before work and take them when I leave. I never order pizza or chinese etc. You would be surprised how easy it is.

Great ideas. Thanks, SgtP!
