Aight here is my lat spread which has improved greatly since last year. My stats are, 167 lbs. 12-13% bodyfat. Let me know what you all think and also start posting your own back lat spread pics!!!

lookend wide brother, keep up the pullups and you will get wider, hell when you get crazy start adding weight from a belt. This will thicken you right up

IMO if you can do 10 pull ups unweighted you need to add weight.

Weighted pull ups/chin ups are one of the best upper body mass builders out there.
