Well, the rib seems to be healed well enough and the gear is almost here. Been pinning just enough to maintain during injury while i couldnt lift, but my job does consist of moving heavy boxes around half the day so i wasnt sedentary.
Im 38 years old, 5'9", and 179.4 lbs when i took these pics this evening. Goal is to hit 195. Running a lot of wet compounds so ill lose some when i recomp of course but thats life.
Gear arriving Monday or Tuesday. The orals are raws ill probably suspend in some ora plus or Humco.
Test E 400mg/wk
EQ 600mg/wk
Anadrol 50-100mg/day (3-5 wks)
Dbol 20mg/day (pwo) during Adrol run then 30mg/day after
I have never run Anadrol so ill see how my body likes it. My liver seems to be pretty tough and i got 2 grams of the stuff coming but if i get lethargic or less hungry ill shitcan it early.
I am psyched about this one, ive really learned a lot about lifting variations and diet quality/tweaks lately.

Ill update when the gear shows up as well as any changes. I guess the challenge here is going to be growing past my previous highest lean body weight with only a slant board and 20/30/50 lbs dumbbells. Car troubles are eating my equipment budget as i expected to spend $200 this month on new stuff and its not happening.
