Hey everybody!

Well, the rib seems to be healed well enough and the gear is almost here. Been pinning just enough to maintain during injury while i couldnt lift, but my job does consist of moving heavy boxes around half the day so i wasnt sedentary.

Im 38 years old, 5'9", and 179.4 lbs when i took these pics this evening. Goal is to hit 195. Running a lot of wet compounds so ill lose some when i recomp of course but thats life.

Gear arriving Monday or Tuesday. The orals are raws ill probably suspend in some ora plus or Humco.

Test E 400mg/wk
EQ 600mg/wk
Anadrol 50-100mg/day (3-5 wks)
Dbol 20mg/day (pwo) during Adrol run then 30mg/day after

I have never run Anadrol so ill see how my body likes it. My liver seems to be pretty tough and i got 2 grams of the stuff coming but if i get lethargic or less hungry ill shitcan it early.

I am psyched about this one, ive really learned a lot about lifting variations and diet quality/tweaks lately.

Ill update when the gear shows up as well as any changes. I guess the challenge here is going to be growing past my previous highest lean body weight with only a slant board and 20/30/50 lbs dumbbells. Car troubles are eating my equipment budget as i expected to spend $200 this month on new stuff and its not happening.

Here we go!

Not so far. But im going to be pushing about 9 lbs above my previous lean highest weight and i dont dirty bulk so the actual pound increases may be slow. If i need to ill kick up the kcals and cut more because the goal is to hit 195 and drop to 190 at low bodyfat

Sounds like a good plan it's crazy my goal weight is close to yours

So.....forgot when i changed my plans from Sdrol to Adrol that Adrol had that oddball estrogenic effect. I saw CemProducts had Ralox pretty reasonsble but itll still be 2 weeks before i get it. I have Adex on hand but im not interested in crashed or even low estro.

Would it be smartest to start with more dbol and just hold off on the Adrol til i get some Ralox? Ive already got old gyno from before gear but i dont want to.make it worse

You should have no problem gaining with ADrol. It blew me the **** up gained over 20 lbs in a month. I’d start with the adrol. I did a similar cycle and kept more than I expected to keep. Strength was unreal.

Well ****.

Jumped back on the dumbbell press drop sets with my trusty 50lb and 30lb dumbbell pairs.

I am weak as hell.

Old max set was 50x38, 30x12, 20x5

New max set 50x22,30x6, no 20s

Im dehydrated as hell and running off 1 hour of sleep so maybe its not as bad as i fear.

Hoping the dbol shows up tomorrow as that plus rest and hydration should give me a more accurate picture of how much strength ive lost.

Well i was sure hoping at least the dbol would show up this weekend but no dice. Looks like itll be here tomorrow and the other gear tomorrow or Tuesday still. In addition my doctor prescribed me Zoloft which is an absolute nightmare for my energy level right now. i was reading another thread on here and that guys Zoloft sides cleared up in about a week so fingers crossed. I plan on working out in the mornings but who knows j may get one in tomorrow.

So it looks like some or all of the gear will be here today. This pleases me. Man, you cycle/PCT guys are beasts.....because after the Test Ace i was on petered out there was a hell of a crash; im all B&C all the time so that plus a new SSRI the doc put me on really knocked my dick in the dirt. Looking forward to getting the old energy level back. That's it for now.

Well, the DBol showed up at about 5pm today. Had to try a few to....check authenticity. Definitely comparable to my last pack, but its a different feeling without the test base.

That being said, i still was unable to stop myself from knocking out some dumbbell curls, so the PWO power is still there haha.

Hoping the test and EQ plus Anadrol show up tomorrow but regardless im hitting it hard at about 6am tomorrow. Ive got about 3 weeks of dbol to ride on so no major worries about losing mass at this point.

Will begin posting workouts and macros tomorrow...as it stands i dont think ive been under 200g protein for at least a month so now i just need to dial in steady weighr gain.

I’m late to the party but I’m following brother!! Good luck with the dbol..I want so bad for it to work for me but I’ve tried it twice and I got super irritable both times. Maybe down the road!

The day so far....

0300 - Wake up, 20mg dbol, meds, totinos pizza (gross), back to sleep.

0600 - Wake up again, 10mg dbol, coffee, news and music

0630 - Workout 1 - 60 sec between sets and 2 minutes between exercises


Flat Dumbbell Bench
50x38 (progress gauge to total failure)
50x12 drop to 30x10
50x10 drop to 30x9

30 degree Decline Dumbbell Bench
(Slant board all the way down)
50x14 drop to 30x12
50x10 drop to 30x8

Notes: dbol is the sh*t. Makes me feel euphoric plus all Hulk Smash. Also, even on Test, i could only squeeze out 50x22 on the flat dumbbell bench a few days ago. I feel stronger than i thought i would. Good sign.

Breakfast: 1.5 cups pasta, 8 oz. Chicken Liver sauteed in 1 tbsp olive oil.

Calories: 1000
Protein: 60g
Carbs: 120g
Fat: 23g

Its definitely an interesting compound. Took 30mg yesterday afternoon, 30mg so far today, and not only can i feel the water in my face, i can even feel it in my f*cking hands when i make a fist lol. Just gonna ride on this til my other pack shows up fingers crossed.

Idk if Dbol prevents ED from tanked Test....its either lucky or ironic as sh*t
You should feel pretty good on Dbol from a libido and energy standpoint.
It certainly doesn’t give me ED no matter how low I run my test with it.

I eat 1/4-1/2 of a jar every night. Gives you a minimum of 1k calories. And it’s easy to eat when you’re already full.
It’s worked wonders trying to get to 250-260 for me.

Yeah the last couple meals are usually tough ones for me to choke down. I figured 50mg a day dbol til my other pack shows up (place you and i talked about) - then drop it back down. This sh*t is bloat city but other than my face feeling like its gonna pop im digging it.

Been there done that. I developed ED from high e2 and prolactin just right when the opportunity presented itself.

Ok so did some dumbbell curls...best way i could describe it is a modified preacher curl (off the side of my perfectly shaped furniture lol)....drop sets of course.

50x7/30×5/20×7
50×4/30×5/20×5
50×2/30×4/20×4

Little less with left arm.

Left immediately to get a haircut and run errands. My dumb ass has not eaten again yet so im bwhind schedule but im about to grill steaks and chicken breast.

So last time i bulked even though it was cut short by injury i gained 15 lbs and dropped 6 at the end. That was 9 lbs to the good with very little bodyfat gain. Running 200/200/100 tesy/deca/tren for 10 weeks with a little dbol at the beginning and the last 2 weeks were 300mg test ace.

Im hoping for 15 lbs but fairly lean gains so depending how the cycle develops we may gain more and cut down...or just gain 15 and cut down. Its not a small amount of gear and im not shy about tweaking the compounds.

0.5ml of each cuz ive never used gear with Miglyol840 as a carrier.

Will start 50mg anadrol tomorrow, 20mg dianabol PWO.

I did not eat enough today maybe 2200 cal, 140g protein. Busy day.

Ok so didnt get much sleep last night....woke up late at 0500. Took 50mg Adrol, 10mg dbol. Im sore from yesterday and i swear i havemt worked out but i kinda have like a little mini pump....gotta go to work so afternoon workout today.

Breakfast

16 oz dr. Pepper
8 oz chicken liver and 1.5 cup pasta

Total calories: 1460
Protein: 64g

So.....

My GF of 6 years broke up with me yesterday afternoon and i bought a couple 40 oz beers and cried like a bitch instead of working out 😂😂😂

Today i didnt do much either. My joh is very active so i kinda got a feel for the stack I'm on. Finished frontloading the EQ with 1.5ml this morning (900mg) and ran 1ml of test (400mg) and tried 75mg Adrol....i will say this. Had a full pump pretty much all day, felt strong like bull, veins everywhere, sweating like a tweaker, and NO APPETITE. Bummer man, hope the EQ kicks it up or im gonna have to start shoveling PB into my face haha.

Off day tomorrow and im running off 6 hours sleep over 2 days. Hoping to sleep well and really see what this stack can do when im rested and fueled up.

Well, new PR for dumbbell bench press, 50lbsx40 reps. I am certainly strong and i am definitely anabolic. Muscles stay full and i can see how easy weight gain could be if i can manage to eat lol.

But heres the sides:

BP is up. No nosebleeds but face is usually very red. Hearing and vision slightly affected by BP as well.

Sweatiness is unreal. I cant hydrate fast enough at work.

ANGRY! SO GODDAMN ANGRY!

Appetite still down and now ive got some heartburn/queasiness going on.

So, for me at least, the Anadrol seems a little harsh. Maybe ill just dial it back down to 50mg because i may have gone closer to 100mg than 75mg this morning. Oh and i bought some Blue Bell for a few extra calories thats easy for me to eat with no appetite.

Ill post todays calorie intake later on and we shall see if i can get some more lifting in

I’m digging the high rep work. I feel like my push, pull, everything really don’t progress if I don’t do a lot of reps here and there. Or even better, heavy drop sets. Nothing brings my bench up like a heavy set for 4-5, strip off 45s, failure, strip off 45 more, failure.
But I need to start doing 30+ rep sets. I’m neglecting TUT and I bet you are getting good results banging out that many reps.

Mine is more or less by necessity since all i have is dumbbells, buti get good results from high reps. And yes, im still doing the drop sets. Ive noticed though that my body is getting used to the specific exercies so im having to switch angles and grip or technique to keep the muscle from "learning" i guess, so that its still shocked or whatever. And i never used to do this but i use the pain itself to mske sure im changing it up properly. Turning into a f*cking masochist haha

So, of course, I'm already up to 185.4 lbs. Was as low as 179 about a week ago. Ended up eating 3 cups of Blue Bell and a whole pizza last night. Damn Anadrol has me right at the edge of throwing up all day long yesterday and today. Spent half the day today sleeping too.

Ill give it a couple more days. I promise 400 Test/600 EQ/50 Dbol would be plenty gear to accomplish what i want.

Bicep curls today and skull crushers.....drop sets all.

No way man, i usually eat incredibly clean even on a bulk. But ive never taken a compound that made it so damn difficult to eat, so I was gettinf calories in how i could. That day was ice cream, pizza, 3 hamburger patties, pasta salad with olive oil, and some sardines....

As lean as possible is the goal.

Feel ya lol. On the kick start of my test/npp blast I went msten(a compound I always felt good on) and this time I litterally felt dead. Worst than on a high dose of superdrol lol and all I could eat was crap food.

Ok, today was better. 30mg dbol in the AM, 25mg Anadrol at lunch, another 25mg when i got home from work. Able to eat more today. Also, did a full chest workout (incline focus) after working a 9 hour shift unloading a truck and stocking shelves. This is doable. This is quite doable. Its ok if i feel like im force feeding, bur whatever was going on before would have killed any kind of lean bulk attempt. At about 120g protein now, have a 15 oz can of sardines that should get me close to 185g.

Feeling much better today.

So, two good days in a row. Went ahead with 50 Adrol in the AM with 20 dbol, 20 more PWO when i got home.

Got full bicep and tricep workout in. I cant stress enough that this job is requiring i push a little harder than im used to but the thread is called 'Lets gain 15 lbs!' not 'Lets sprout a vagina full of excuses!' so....**** is going down lol.

Ill post todays basic meals/macros, that should put me a bit above maintenance but not nearly as much as you might think.

Also....the gear i bought uses Miglyol 840 as a carrier. It is literally the only carrier that doesnt swell my **** up like a tennis ball full of ouch. I expected pain, i was pleasantly surprised.

FOOD
1.5 lbs pan sausage (2160 cal lol)
3 cups pasta (dry amount)
60 oz. Dr. Pepper
15 oz. can sardines
1 cup Moms Gumbo
2 cups strawberry ice cream

Calories: 5415
Fat: 255g
Carbs: 530g
Protein: 250g

Lurking in here, but have you tried adding in any shakes to get large cals easily? Aside from whey, milk, PB, you can also add in oats or different oils (coconut, avocado, etc)

Thanks so much for the feedback, brother. I do use a lot of olive oil - no shooters but i pour it on lol. But I wanted to address this one as im sure there are plenty of people in the same boat as I am.....i can afford 200-250g of protein daily and the requisite calories for this bulking cycle, but any kind of protein powders are definitely out of the question. The money just isnt there.

@Matthersby I picked up 2 jars of peanut butter for $2 each at walmart. Id been eating lean for so long lately that I honestly forgot just how useful those tubs are going to be.

But im mixing them with ice cream every chance my fat ass gets.

Got a nice 6 AM workout in, chest again, flat dumbbell presses/drops
I really wanted to push it today even though i hit inclines Monday because i feel fully recovered and i want to resume multiple workouts per day. Chest was where i started the multiple workouts and its where i restarted them today.

Important numbers:
Flat dumbbell press (strength test): 50x42 reps (PR again)
Second set after 1 minute up to 50x15/30x10
Third and fourth sets are still low reps, 8 and 6 i believe.

Tried some flyes but my left shoulder was giving me hell and i had to stop.

SECOND WORKOUT ACCOMPLISHED!

Nothing major this afternoon at 3, just incline dumbbell presses (3 sets) with some skull crushers.in between sets with my 20 lb dumbbells.
First set was 50x25 reps at a steep incline, pretty much a 45...i really lagged on the second and third especially when i dropped to 30lbs because of the shoulder.

FOOD

Have you run this cycle with a dirty bulk like this before? If so what were your results?

I’m running a similar cycle (600eq/500test c) I just started Monday and I’m trying to find my sweet spot calorie wise and it’s looking like I’ve got to eat 4000+ cals so I’m considering adding some dirty cals just to feed it.

I have never tried to bulk to this weight before, although i have run higher dose test/EQ basically on a recomp (maybe 3-4 lb gain over 2 months and change) and it ended up pretty lean and grainy.

Running all these wet compounds together is kind of an experiment but if i feel like the bulk is getting too dirty ill slow it down. Im not in any rush and wont be running the orals forever of course.

Whats weird to me this time is that other than initially with the dbol, ive got barely any water retention and im running no AI currently. In the past, my nipples would have been lit up like, well, the 4th of July lol.

But goddammit i love my abs and i dont want to lose whats left of them lol

182.6 lbs @ 4AM

So learned something. No Anadrol on an empty stomach. Normally ive got breakfast going and ready to eat within 10 minutes of taking morning orals but i fell back asleep and woke up with godawful heartburn. 60mg Adrol give or take (sure its safe to eyeball raw powder 😉 - i kid, im a little safer than that)....

Short workday, 4th with the kids was nice.

Wanted to check out where i was at with shoulders, the only shoulder exercises ive done in about 6 months are lateral raises. Following @warriorscode8 got me thinking "Itd be cool to pick up a 220 lb. man over my head in a bar fight" lol

So:
1 minute between sets. All to failure.

Dumbbell overhead presses
50x14
50x7/30x7/20×6
50x4/30x4/20×4
50x3/30x3/20x2

And a shitload of shoulder shrugs

Ive got a ways to go but i actually did a little better than i thought i would.

Didnt eat enough today. Protein good but calories hovering around 3500.

Oh yeah. Most definitely. Im thinking of posting a set every 5 lbs gained, so im due at 185 to post again. Its going to be interesting to get some feedback because im pretty sure im dropping or maintaining bodyfat at this rate of weight gain. Which would be fine by me lol

Yesterday: 182.8 lbs

First attempt at a leg day. AM session at around 5:30. Man that went unwell. Before i started the job i was doing goblet squats 50lbsx40 reps (near 40) as the beginning of a drop set and i could barely eke out 20 reps this time. I knew my legs had gotten smaller but i didnt expect such a radical loss.of strength. Well now i know.

Very physicsl day at work. The Anadrol makes working in the stockroom a sweat drenched experience. Like Tren level sweat haha.

Came home and was able to manage 3 drop sets of my modified dumbbell preacher curls as well as 2 sets of standing curls (i start like a hammer curl at the bottom and twist outward into a standard curl position at the top IDK the name of that lift).

Didnt count the calories but i ate all day and all.night.


THIS MORNING: 184.8 LBS!!!!!
Holding some water tho i can feel it in my face. New pics up sometime this coming week.

Ok set a new PR for flat dumbbell press, 50 lbs x 45....up 3 reps since last time.

3 sets flat press drop sets
2 sets steep decline press drop sets
1 set 45 degree incline press.....no drop as my shoulder had enough at that point.

Wanted to post a progress pic, i think im starting to see some gains here...

Side note, i almost threw up during this workout. Ahhh takes me back to the good ol days lol
