181.8 lbs says the scale. Had a couple beers with a friend and pissed all night accordingly so id say im 2 honest lean lbs up since my gear showed up 10-12 days ago.

So heres todays main meal....i know it looks like dog food on pasta but lemme explain lol..

I purchased the ingredients for this foe a total of $3.00. Chicken liver was 1.29, pasta waa 97 cents, pan sausage 1.19 a lb and i used half a lb.. Olive oil may bring it a hair over 3.00.

So:
12 oz. Pasta
2/3 tub chicken livers
8 oz. Ground pan sausage (fresh from butcher's shop)
2 oz. Olive oil

Calories:2730
Fat cal:1260
Protein: 148g
Carbs:246g
Fat:136g

Here are my labs (no hormone panel) from about 3 weeks ago. Ive been "on" now for maybe 15 or 16 months i think. Had a break of almost 2 months when i detoxed a few months ago, but 4 weeks of that i probably had plenty of leftover gear in my system.

It looks like im going to have run Anadrol for 3 weeks and dBol for 4-6 this bulk. The labs im posting are after runnjng dbol for 3 or 4 weeks before being injured and then eating ibuprofen like skittles for 2 Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removedweeks after that. Wanted to see if anyine saw anything i dont.
 
So, its been a few days.

Been staying up late chatting with a girl I'm really smitten with, and drinking beer while doing so. Last night i caught up, but prior to that i was sleeping 3 or 4 hours a night.

Ive noticed that as i try to move past what seems to be my body's lean set point, its very easy to get derailed. Woke up the last 2 mornings at 179 lbs again.

Really gorged myself yesterday and woke up at 183.8 this morning.

Stopped the Anadrol a few days ago so now we are at 50-70mg dbol per day. TBH im retaining a lot of water even though i AM using about 0.3mg adex ed. Dont like the look either but ill drop the water eventually i guess.

I really did end up enjoying the Anadrol but it wasn't the smartest thing to stack with EQ.

On that note, some days ive got calves as vascular as my forearms usually are 😅.

Quick update. This morning was at 184.2 lbs.

Early last week i was doing 50 lb overhead dumbbell presses and when i rotated my arms to put the dumbbells down i pulled/injured a real booger of a muscle. In the right forearm almost from wrist to elbow. I know its used to grip as well as support weight. The pain just from my stocking job was bad.enough i had to use only left arm for a lot of tasks.

Was able to work out again Saturday, then reinjured it changing the tire of that girl im crushing on lol.

Not as bad this time but i still couldnt handle heavy weights this week.

Today i did about 20 minutes of push ups at various angles and a bunch of curls with the 20 lb dumbbells.

It was funny i had such a pump im assuming from the dbol that i fear stretchmarks now 😂

My job is very physical so i stay in shape and get crazy back and core exercise but i am stressing being away from the weights.

I should be back on track tomorrow or friday handling the 50s like normal.
 
185.8 lbs this morning.

Im still dealing with that injured tendon or muscle in my right arm. It kinda always feels like i got hit in the funnybone on my right elbow, and i still cant hold anything with only my right arm, so ive been doing legwork and a shitload of pushups.

Im also down to only 400mg test and 600mg EQ at this point, havent been taking the dbol for 5 days now.

I remember this feeling, once the EQ and test (mainly EQ i think) are really doing their thing, i like how predictable the gains are, as well as recovery and diet management.

In a good rhythm now.
 
Not completely cycle related... How’s the Zoloft treating you? Could be part of the reason for loss of appetite and sleep problems. Check with your doc about taking it before bed, that’s how I’ve taken antidepressants in the past and really seemed to help. If you still can’t sleep at night maybe ask the doc for some ambien. More sleep = more gains

I guess i didnt mention it....i had to shitcan the zoloft...i was having worse sides from it than from any gear i can recall using lol. Sleep quality is up, thats one of the things that's cool about NOT running tren for once

Well glad you are doing better man! Can always try another ssri and hopefully it will have less sides for you? Just like gear it’s different for everyone, best of luck to you! Keep up the good gains!!
 
188.1 lbs

Well, weight gain seems to be coming a little bit more rapidly now...i am still unable to use weights due to arm injury.....did get 55 standard push ups in a set, and am doing a large amount of push ups at varied angles as well as free squats. Still appear to be gaining muscle effectively.

I have the same thing, as well as bicep and forearm.
BPC-157 + TB500.
I’d spend whatever I need to on this over steroids after seeing what these can do.
I’m so hooked, I’m looking into MK and CJC.
But these two cause instant relief and over a few weeks, they can get you training full throttle again.
