Lethargy while on cycle... Help I need to kick this quickly.

Morning all.

I've been on cycle which will be detailed below for 4 weeks and I have NEVER been so lethargic in my entire life. All day long I'm tired, exhausted, and just flat out dead. I'm 29yrs old (as of yesterday) and sit behind a desk all-day, and workout 5 days a week. I've been working with a nutritionist '3J's Nutrition' who put together my diet and the first few weeks of getting it in check I never ever had a problem. Once I started my cycle about the 4th day or so it started. I was hyped all the time just full from eating before my cycle. I'm gaining weight and size but the lethargy is murdering me, motivation, appetite, and makes me not want to do anything include have sex. HELP!

Current Cycle:
TBol 50mg ED (30/20 split twice daily)
Test En. 375mg wkly (.75cc Mon/Thurs)
Tren En. 300mg wkly (.75cc Mon/Thurs)
Arimidex (liquid) .5mg daily

I've been doing some research and read about DHEA levels being out of wack and can lead to major lethargy. Before this cycle I have never been like this. I could roll all day on 2-3 hours of sleep and it not affect me. If I sleep 10hrs its like I haven't slept at all. In the gym I'm good because of my pre-workout but once that's out of my system its crash time. I thought about going to the doctor and having some blood work done to check my levels to make sure I didn't get some bad gear or I have something else going on. I just need to fix this asap or I'm going to stop cycle because its affecting me mentally and physically. My wife doesn't care that I'm on but this is the first time this has ever happened (2nd cycle) and she is getting tired of me not wanting to do anything because I'm always exhausted, and feels I don't want her because I've turned down sex twice and I've never done that in the 10years we have been together.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I've read that 100mg of DHEA supplement daily can improve lethargy, energy, and attitude. But I'm sure DHEA can raise estrogen levels which would counter act the AI. I'm reaching out for help any thoughts or suggestions? I'm personally thinking its the Tbol that is causing the issue but the gains (since I know the gear hasn't kicked in yet) are amazing and hard to let go of. lol I'd appreciate any guidance and/or help. Thanks in advance crew.

you can try dhea but id say get some hcg bro itll light you up. also you may either want to switch to aromasin or add something that binds to shbg to lower that. high shbg can make you as it does me very sluggish

We're maybe going to be coming out with a product, pregnenolone + DHEA, it can stop lethargy in its tracks. You may want to try that combo.

Trenbolone suppreses T4 & T3 levels, so i would suggest you to implement on your regime 25-50mcg ED of T3 and see if that works.

Sounds somewhat like an adrenal support supp. Though preg is kind of a wild card thing to take since it can pretty much convert into ANY of the main hormones in the body. And generally speaking, it takes the path of "less resistance" on the way to doing this, which means you usually end up with more of what you don't need more of.

I'm curious on the product though, I'll be keeping my eye on this one ;) I'm just thinking out loud...

Thanks everyone I did pick up some DHEA last night and did 25mg but didn't get much from that dose or today's (50mg). I came home immediately after my workout, ate some food and laid down with my son and 5min later I was knocked out. I've never been the guy to take naps or have bad thoughts but the last few days along with lethargy I've had a somewhat of a bad attitude. No aggressive but just not positive. Just not my normal character at ALL.

I'm going to give the DHEA a few days and research everything else everyone has suggested above.

On a side note: I've done Tren before but Acetate instead of Enth. and the only side effect I had was insomnia and night sweats. None of the current stuff I'm experiencing. Just hope I can get some of the stuff you guys are suggesting above to help me get back motivated before I opt out and save whats left for a new go around.

I appreciate all the help and I've give my baby rep to you all. I'll keep everyone posted. BTW: Chest workout today was unreal 110lb db's on incline for 8 (3 sets) and 130lbs on flat for 10 (2sets). Feeling strong just need to get this **** in check!

i was told if this happens, HCG needs to be added or a hefty dose of HCG will cure it. idk if its true im just recyling what ive heard

YAZ is correct, if your still feeling like this for awhile try t3 alone or with clen. Together they will boost your metabolism and help refresh your receptors. Good luck

Thanks. A problem I have though is I lose weight LIKE NO OTHER. As stated earlier I'm working with 3J's Nutrition to help me gain weight and roughly eating 5k calories a day and gaining 1lb every 3days. I'm afraid adding T3 or Clen will make the weight loss increase. If I did decide to give it a try what dosage would you suggest? Liquid or pill form? The place I get my AI from carries both in a liquid form for a decent price.

Again guys I appreciate all the help and plan to make a "progress thread" soon. Thanks for the support.

i think your body produces 25mcg T3 a day. Id prolly start there but wait to see what master Yaz has to say

You are correct, it approximately produces 20-25mcg ED but the thing is that Trenbolone according to studies reduces T4 & T3 levels that's why the suggested dose was on the same range of the currently(while on Tren) non produced natural hormone, simply to just replace it.
Also that's when the theory according to studies goes that Tren reduces T4 & T3 thus the stimulation of TRH thus the increase in prolactin - anyway .....we're kinda getting of track.

Geekpoop thank you so much for the very nice compliment - is this a special day or something cuz it's the second time today, haha.

No issues this morning I feel great so I'm going to make some changes based on some suggestions. I'll update once the problem is resolved. Thanks for all the knowledge and not completely bashing the noob.

About time to head to the gym. Good day all...

hey could you keep this going n let us know how you end up?

tren can do this. lower tren a bit and up test a bit and see how you feel in 2 week is what I would rec.

I have a feeling your adex dosage is to high, could be crushing your e2. Try dosing eod.
this can also be an issue and would make tren lathergy even worse if your estrogen is too low.

androgens seem to have a negative impact on your thyroid, why isn't known, but pa wrote about it briefly in an article in m&d.

t3 was his recomendation. for more indepth info, i suggest you guys read it.

I have been talking with 'Yaz' through PM and Adex dosing and half-life was brought up as well. So I've lowered the dose to .25mg and switched to EOD. As I told him the next day (i didn't take it) I felt like a new person. I had full energy and even had problems going to bed after a session with the wife. I'm going to take it today at the smaller dose and give it a few days, to see if the lethargy comes back. I'm not back to 100% yet but atleast I'm not yawning 90% of my day and reaching for the closest sugar/aspertame filled energy drink I can find. To address the T4/T3 issues I have ordered some T3 and will use that to replinish what the Tren is elimination and see how things go from there. Yaz has been some great help and really helped educate this noob. As he knows and is probably sick of hearing It's great to have people reach out to help like that.

BTW: Woke up this morning to 4lbs heavier (week 5 started today), so I'm feeling good. Can't wait to lift tonight.

Thanks for all the help.

Just wanted to give everyone an update and say I'm feeling much better. Thanks to YAZ and 3J Nutrition I feel like a new person. I'm still going to the doctor this Thursday to have blood work done and go from there.

Thanks to everyone who had input and to everyone else to went above and beyond to PM and even email me. Great day to all.
