Day 15 Update
Weight: 184 (+7.5)
Day 15 was chest/tri's workout. Had a pretty solid workout along with some great pumps. Workout was good along with a lot of intensity. Weight has gone up another pound so I am pleased with that. Hopefully it can continue to go up and I can get around to the 190 mark! Had lots of trouble getting to sleep but I took my last dose way late because once again I left my last dose at home when I left for class. I was pretty ticked off. lol
Food was good could have been higher but I'm over 500 above maintenance so I'm not too disappointed. Calorie intake was right around 3400-3500.
Dosed 2 caps at 9 am and 1 cap at 5 pm
Had a another good bench day and hoping I can get my bench up to 315 like I've been wanting to for a long time now.
Body composition and Look - looking much fuller along with leaning out
Muscle Hardness - harder
Vascularity - UP
Strength - UP
Pumps - great
Quality of Training - intense
Mood/Aggression - Up a tad
Libido - UP
Joints - same
Sleep - good
Overall Sense of Feeling - Good
Things have gone really good so far. My goals are looking like they will be accomplished in here soon. Hope things continue to go as they have thus far.

Day 16 Update
Weight: 183.5
Worked legs/shoulders yesterday in the gym. Had a solid workout and deffintily sore today. Worked the legs pretty hard and had a good workout. Weight has gone down a little bit. Sleep has been good since I'm constantly tired. Vascularity has continues to slowly increase. I've never been this veiny in my life lol. Strength continues to increase and body composition seems to be changing as well. It seems like I am continuing to look fuller in the mirror.
Food intake was good right around 3600 cals.
Dosed 2 caps at 8:45 and 1 cap at 2:45 pm

Pumps - great
Quality of Training - intense
Mood/Aggression - Up a tad

Hopefully the weight can bounce back up so we'll see what happens.

I am thinking of running the one for my first PH. How are the sides? I am 170 at 5'9" about 13.5-14.5% body fat. Hoping the one can get me to 180 about 10-12%bf Keep up the good work!!!

What lemke28 said, the sides are minimal during The One.. I haven't experienced lethargy but I had some minimal Acne. As long as you drink a lot of water, eat a lot, get nice sleep, train hard and do not drink alchohol, your gains will be nice without having to cope with terrible sides.
During my PCT my libido went way down, I had to recover about 1-2 weeks. During PCT I burned a lot of fat but still no muscle lossesMy system is now 100% and I'm loving The One
Tip: Creatine and extra vitamins during The One, a tribulus during 2nd Gear.
I was also thinking about just running 4 weeks instead of the original 5 I planned on. Anyone have any input? Pros? Cons? Any help would be appreciated!!

Most gains on The ONE are made in the first 3 weeks, so running for only 5 weeks may not make a lot of difference.

Sorry everyone I'm not professional photographer but these were the best I could do. I feel like I can tell a difference in the pictures and I feel like I got some great results. Feel free to chime in with your input on what you think.
Looks like your back has gotten a little wider (i.e. waist looks smaller in post-pic) and some more fullness in chest. Could be the angle that your arm pic was taken on, but post looks harder and slightly bigger.

PCT Week 1 Update
So I've been extremely busy over the last week but I wanted to give an update on how PCT has gone so far. My weight has stayed steady at 183. However, I haven't been feeling all that great lately and i'm not sure if i'm getting sick or what. I've had some killer headaches and they seem to get worse everytime I get into the gym. Feeling bad has put a slight damper on my workouts but I still got all my workouts in this week. I also have decided that would switch up my routine for PCT. After nearly the first week, things have gone ok, workouts haven't been as intense and pumps aren't as great. I am still quite vascular though which is always nice. Libido is deffinitely down a decent amount. Hopefully by my next workout on monday I will be feeling better and back to normal. I will continue to update every week throughout PCT.
i love the diesel test hardcore! im taking it for PCT also. i can almost get the same aggression out of it at the gym i did while on cycle!
